Shady practices of holding previous bill/balances until you show up for your next appointment. They wait until you're in office to inform/collect because they know there's less chance of dispute. That's something I should have been informed of over the phone when making the appontment! SMH
I was seen by this location for years. Never had a problem with Dr Lee. I was been seen for Deep vein thrombosis in 2019. The doctor ask if I smoke. I told him yes I've smoked marijuana he advised me to stop because I had a blood clot. So I stopped fearing for my life. I never picked up the habit again. 2025 comes around and I decide to get life insurance my provider contacted Gwinnett Clinic and was told by them that as recently as May 2025 I have used marijuana. I had an appointment with Doctor Tanase and she was very unhelpful. She refused to listen to me, was very condescending when I told her about my fears about paying for a test I couldn’t afford. She told me that my other doctor, the person I have seen regularly this year, sent me a prescription for my condition but she disagreed with her and would speak to her after my appointment. Worst experience ever! Never even saw the Doctor ! The nurses station has horrible people skills. No concern for patients well being.This place is going to kill someone with there foolish policy. Totally understandable about the your covid test policy to be sure , what is not exceptable is making someone who has Stage 2 High blood pressure and been out of there meds bc the only appt you had available was now wait for a test and rescheduled appt.
