I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Gunadeva, which is especially upsetting given that I have been her patient for years and had never experienced anything like this before!! I have been with Dr. Ram and Nurse Cathy for 20+ years! They are the best care team in the business! Dr. Ram is so smart, kind, gentle, and fun! Nurse Cathy is an angel with the biggest heart. Thank you for keeping me healthy and happy through the years!
Please make sure you check your statements, i found 3 procedures on my bill that was never performed at my visit. I have been a patient with Gwinnett Clinic for 12 years between the Monroe Office and Snellville. DR G is rude as all get out...I will never come to this location ever again and the Customer Service is non existent. I went to the Gwinnett Clinic because I was experiencing severe back pain. My visit with Dr. Padmini Gunadeva, MD was very disappointing. She spoke to me in an aggressive and dismissive manner and repeatedly asked why I didn’t go to my regular doctor and why I was there that day. I explained that I have ongoing back pain, was overstimulated, and was in so much pain that I couldn’t sit, stand, or walk comfortably. I took the chance and came here and paid $40 out of pocket copay. I told them I had very bad shoulder pain and I wasn’t taken seriously and dismissed. I didn’t even get a doctors note to take off of work. $40 of my hard earned money to get told it’ll be fine 😑 Dr. Padmini Gunadeva was the one that attended me. She’s very dismissive and does no examination. Do not go to her! She will not help you! Wish I had read Azeb’s review before going because the exact same thing happened to me.
