She has been my guiding light throughout this transformative journey, helping me shed 154 pounds from my initial weight of 374 pounds to my current weight of 220. Please make sure you check your statements, i found 3 procedures on my bill that was never performed at my visit. I have been a patient with Gwinnett Clinic for 12 years between the Monroe Office and Snellville. DR G is rude as all get out...I will never come to this location ever again and the Customer Service is non existent. The ladies at the desk don't smile or barely look at you....However this office is quicker than Monroe. Never been to this location before but this experience was HORRIBLE!!!!! After calling my regular clinic for a sick visit they referred me to Snellville. The girl said “we have one walk in IF YOU CAN COME NOW”. So that’s what I did (mind you I’m sick as a dog). I get to the clinic and the girl says we have no walk in appointments. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Gunadeva, which is especially upsetting given that I have been her patient for years and had never experienced anything like this before!!
