They made me wait for more than an hour even after scheduling an appointment. I went in with severe dry cough once, and doctor didn’t even care to check the throat, directly gave steroid shot and tablets for a week, which didn’t show any betterment. Worse part is the waiting, 90minutes, and once the doctor is available, it’s all done in 2minutes. If you have to take break between your work and visit, this is not the place. Your half a day is gone.
Dr. Nguena was rude, condescending, told me i should lose wight(I came in for a cold), didn't answer any questions, and did many unrequested tests to charge my insurance and myself more. I received an additional $200 bill with extra charges such as "longitudinal care" in additional to a visit charge. All while having insurance. Dr. Hong Wang. The greatest dr. In Gwinnett County. I have never had a Doctor who would listen to their patients like he does. He gets the whole story before he makes a judgement call. He LISTENS, he also told me, "My job is not to treat you, my job is to heal you so you don't need to see me so much." Thats integrity....
This was our intake visit. Dr. Shah was called away for an emergency, so we were not able to meet with him. We were able to do the intake with other staff. Everyone was very considerate and welcoming. However, he called me after hours to apologize for missing the appointment and let me know my requested referrals had been processed. Looking forward to meeting Dr. Shah in person.
I’ve had good experiences in the past and had built trust with the team because of this when I was feeling a bit under the weather, I decided to go in which I normally wouldn’t have done. However, this time was different. I saw Dr. Gabriel and I feel that because they had a trust with me that They thought they could take advantage of me and ran a ridiculous battery of tests on me when all I needed was a simple antibiotic and then charged me 120$ and it would have been a lot more if I would’ve completed the whole series te... read more
