I’ve been looking for a primary care Doctor. This facility has been welcoming from the receptionist Maria to the intake nurse to Dr. Sheed. All easy to talk to. I am looking for a place I can come to without experiencing anxiety like in previous experiences. I felt calm here, even had a normal BP, and Dr Sheed made me feel heard. This is a first for me. I look forward to coming back.
I had a horrible experience with this location and when I made it known to the public, Gwinnett Clinic sent me a letter stating they would no longer serve me or my family. NEWS FLASH, I would never allow Gwinnett Clinic to serve me and my family. I have NO DESIRE TO RETURN TO GWINNETT CLINIC. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THE DOCTORS ARE TERRIBLE. I love love love my Dr Sheed. She is warm and understanding and also patient and compassionate with my crazy self. I wouldn’t change change my doctor ever!!
I've been seeing Dr. Sheed and she's great. She's attentive, understanding, patient, respectful and kind. I'm grateful to have found her.
Dr. Patel and his staff were welcoming and patient. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of. They are extremely professional and deliberate with service. I would highly recommend you check them out.
