I have been visiting this center for over a year and a half. On February 2nd, last week, I called the center to reschedule my wife's appointment originally scheduled for February 3rd. Soniya answered the call. I explained that my wife couldn't come tomorrow due to severe back pain. However, she was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that with only 23 hours remaining, I would have to pay a $25 fee to reschedule. My wife and I have been going here since we moved to Georgia two years ago and we actually feel like part of the family when we come to this doctors office. Sonya at checkout always helps us out and Saron the MA always makes sure the blood work doesn’t hurt. It’s hard to find a place where you don’t mind going to the doctor and usually leave laughing and had a good time.
Dr. Thomas and her staff are always amazing! From being greeted and taken care of by the sweetest nurse, Saron, the attentiveness of the staff, and the easy in and out! I love my Webb Gin Gwinnett Clinic!
Great experience coming here for years with my family, Kayla was wonderful with us when we went. Talked to us made a feel very comfortable!
They close at 6. I arrive at 5 needing to see a doctor for a rat bite from 44 hrs prior. They explained that the only see a certain number of walk-ins a day and suggested I go to an urgent care clinic. I only needed someone to look at it and probably prescribe an appropriate antibiotic. But, I happen to be looking for a doctor to call mine own, and I won't find that at an urgent care clinic.
