I have been visiting this center for over a year and a half. On February 2nd, last week, I called the center to reschedule my wife's appointment originally scheduled for February 3rd. Soniya answered the call. I explained that my wife couldn't come tomorrow due to severe back pain. However, she was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that with only 23 hours remaining, I would have to pay a $25 fee to reschedule. Saron and Sonya are absolutely pleasant. I have never enjoyed a doctor office as much as I enjoy this one
They work with the Clinic on Phillips Blvd. Webb Gin physician dismissed tests indicating a messed up liver then, shortly after, told me my insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield was no longer active. They then stated that I would be charged $25 for missing an appointment I would have to pay out of pocket for, in which I could not foresee the possible payment amount.
IF YOU ARE A LATINO/A DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC OR YOU WILL EXPERIENCE BAD RACISM!!!! This place is beyond disrespectful and racist! If you’re Latino/a, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this clinic. They don’t even deserve one star. I made an appointment to get reevaluated for my anxiety medication—something that already takes a lot of courage to do—and instead of getting help, I got treated like I didn’t matter. They close at 6. I arrive at 5 needing to see a doctor for a rat bite from 44 hrs prior. They explained that the only see a certain number of walk-ins a day and suggested I go to an urgent care clinic. I only needed someone to look at it and probably prescribe an appropriate antibiotic. But, I happen to be looking for a doctor to call mine own, and I won't find that at an urgent care clinic.
