They close at 6. I arrive at 5 needing to see a doctor for a rat bite from 44 hrs prior. They explained that the only see a certain number of walk-ins a day and suggested I go to an urgent care clinic. I only needed someone to look at it and probably prescribe an appropriate antibiotic. But, I happen to be looking for a doctor to call mine own, and I won't find that at an urgent care clinic.
IF YOU ARE A LATINO/A DO NOT COME TO THIS CLINIC OR YOU WILL EXPERIENCE BAD RACISM!!!! This place is beyond disrespectful and racist! If you’re Latino/a, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this clinic. They don’t even deserve one star. I made an appointment to get reevaluated for my anxiety medication—something that already takes a lot of courage to do—and instead of getting help, I got treated like I didn’t matter. Love this location. From Dr. Shah, Kayla and all the staff there are very professional and welcoming. Never had any issues and they truly do care about patients.
Been going to this location from long times and I was out of my high blood pressure prescription which I’m taking from decades, I was out of prescriptions and called them for emergency refill over the phone, they wanted me to come to facility and get it from doctor or practitioner but they didn’t want me to walk in nor giving me appointment from month and half when I called. Don’t count on them as your family doctor or someone who cares. It’s just high blood pressure prescription NOT SOMETHING COUNT IN NARCOTICS
Absolutely the worst clinic I have ever encountered. unprofessional the staff is uneducated on their own policies giving wrong and different information from every staff member. Rude and they never answer the phone. 0/10
