I had a great experience with this clinic! The front staff was beyond welcoming and communicated the process with me thoroughly. I had some issues with my insurance and the front staff made sure I got it figured out! Calice was so amazing and so sweet! She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment and made sure I understood what and why she was doing things! Dr. G was the doctor I saw and she was just as great! Very communicative and wanting to help her patients! 10/10 recommend this office!
Don’t see “Dr” Padmini Gunadeva. She does not care about your health or concerns. Also, she didn’t knock when she entered my room so clearly no bedside manners. She was so rude. AND she brought another gentleman in the room with her and did not state who he was or his reason for being there which I’m sure is a HIPAA violation. I have been going to the Gwinnett Clinic for years and have always had good service. However, my experience today took things to another level. Calice was very courteous and respectful. Her demeanor was that of a cool, calm yet professional person. I am happy to have gone to the Winder location this morning. The experience here, has definitely made my day. Thank you Calice for being so caring and professional at your job.
I have been seeing Dr Padmini Gunadeva for well, over 15 years I used to see her in the Norcross office and when I moved to Winder I started seeing her in the Winder office. She has been always pleasant and nice to me and did exactly what was needed when it was needed. I also recommended my mother to her and my mother was seeing her for well over 3 years. I really appreciate Dr. G and also the staff. I will continue to support Gwinnett clinic and Dr. G.
Calice was good with finding a vein for blood draws, on the first try. Always seems to be difficult for most, but she was great. Dr. Goodjoin provided excellent care, as always. I'm sad to lose him to retirement, but appreciate his great care throughout the years.
