Calice is always welcoming when I come for a visit. She takes her time with my intake and answers any questions I have. So fast and efficient. Dr. Goodjoin has the best bedside manner. I always leave feeling heard and supported.
The most terrible time I spent in the clinic. An appointment was scheduled in advance. I came on time, waited 45 minutes, as there was a trainee and she could not register me quickly, as she and her partner were busy talking. Then I waited for the doctor, who, for some reason, also came with a trainee. She is assigned as my PCP and I saw her for the first time. Do yourself and your health a favor - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I don’t know how they have above a 4 rating. Doctor is only in office Wednesday morning. So don’t get sick any other time. Out of meds? Make appointment? See doctor? Been two weeks and still not called in. Office staff has no clue what their job is or how to do it. No wonder Georgia is ranked 48th in medical care!!
Calice was so nice and helpful. Great at drawing blood for someone who has small views. Nice place.
