I had a great experience with this clinic! The front staff was beyond welcoming and communicated the process with me thoroughly. I had some issues with my insurance and the front staff made sure I got it figured out! Calice was so amazing and so sweet! She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment and made sure I understood what and why she was doing things! Dr. G was the doctor I saw and she was just as great! Very communicative and wanting to help her patients! 10/10 recommend this office!
Excellent visit at Gwinnett Clinic! The nurses and staff were so kind and professional, but Nurse Calice was absolutely the best. I’m normally very scared of getting blood drawn, but she made me feel so comfortable and calm. Before I even had time to be nervous, she was already done! She was gentle, patient, and truly amazing at what she does. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!
Calice is an exceptional medical assistant at Gwinnett Clinic. She goes above and beyond to ensure that my routine and/or walk in visits are a pleasant one. Calice is a wonderful medical assisrant. Very professional, concise and kniwledgeable. Amazing bedside manner! I have white coat syndrome and she always calms me down so i can get through the experience well. Her and Dr. Goodjoin have made my medical journey here at Gwinnett Clinic really positive.
This practice is great. Billing needs help but that’s corporate not the practice. The medical staff is wonderful. Calice who is always so gentle with me, mainly because I’m sensitive. She is Fab-u-lous! Easy on the eyes too. Dr Felix isn’t as easy on the eyes, but truly the best doctor I have had since I moved to Ga. He genuinely listens and relates to what I am saying. I fully trust his skill and knowledge. I would recommend “Him” every time. So much so if my wife would go to the doctor. He is who I would make her see.
