Called to inquire about a Ford part. Was immediately answered but put on hold for 20+ minutes. Maybe bad timing but that is poor customer service in my book. I dread dealing with this place.

Terrible experience. I called to try to get a part and price and I had the part number ready. He didn’t even bother to confirm if he had heard the right part number and out right just said that it wasn’t a ford part. PFB-114 is a lift fuel pump for a f350. A kid with a phone could find that part for me yet he just acted arrogant. He also left me on hold probably just cause he didn’t want to answer the phone. And he’s the only one working the counter. Sad experience. I rather have my car broken then to get a part from here.
They have to look for a very efficient and serious staff in the parts department because the person who is in charge today makes us wait a long time and is not friendly with customers. He left me 1 hour waiting on the phone and another hour to attend me. thank you
