Terrible experience. I called to try to get a part and price and I had the part number ready. He didn’t even bother to confirm if he had heard the right part number and out right just said that it wasn’t a ford part. PFB-114 is a lift fuel pump for a f350. A kid with a phone could find that part for me yet he just acted arrogant. He also left me on hold probably just cause he didn’t want to answer the phone. And he’s the only one working the counter. Sad experience. I rather have my car broken then to get a part from here.
Parts here have been going up and up. Don’t come here! Been a customer for 6 years and noticed the trend. They also sell their trucks and suv at $7-10k higher than nearby dealers
They have to look for a very efficient and serious staff in the parts department because the person who is in charge today makes us wait a long time and is not friendly with customers. He left me 1 hour waiting on the phone and another hour to attend me. thank you
In my opinion their was some Racial Hostility very difficult to communicate with for no apparent reason.The guy that answered was rude for no apparent reason.With me being respectful the whole time
