Came in at 8 am this morning and was told there would be an hour and a half wait. During my wait, I watched as they "recommended" one customer replace his cabin filter and air filter. To which the customer replied "No, I had you do that 3 weeks ago." There are more trustworthy places in the area.
Understaffed. One of the SLOWEST Quick Lanes I have ever been to! Unfriendly, just there for the dollar. No snack refreshments like my home QuickLane....just sit there and dreadfully wait. Unbelievable! Arrived at opening and still waited 2.5 hours while everyone that came in after me left before me! Everyone was there for the same thing, an oil change. WILL NOT BE BACK!
Everyone makes mistakes... On behalf of my elderly parents, I needed to warn the public about the shady character and practices of this service station. My father was a loyal customer to this service location often forgoing my advice of seeking more trustworthy people to service his 2013 Ford Escape. He took his Escape in for an oil change and managed to get up-charged to a $200 bill for tire rotation, oil change, and fuel additive of about $50. ZERO stars!! I am forced to give them one!! If you are a GPF Customer go to the Main Service Bay!! If you are not a GPF Customer go to Walmart or Jiffy Lube down the street! This place is staffed by the Dealership rejects!! The people here are the ones they do not want close to the new car buying customers!! If you go here you will be ignored!!! Now I have bought 2 new cars from GPF and have nothing but praise for the service department, but, Avoid The Quick Lane!!!
