Working with Juan Richardson made buying my car a lot less stressful than my last experience. He’s straightforward, honest, and genuinely helpful. He really helps you through the buying process, and I appreciated that. While I left a 3-star rating due to some other service issues after my purchase, Juan’s support throughout the sale was top-notch.
After many many phone calls I finally got a finance manager to respond! They are blaming me for the delay on paying my trade in off to my loan carrier! They claimed to have reached out to me but I got one voicemail! They claimed they didn’t have my account number but I could have given it to them the day of the purchase! No one answers their phone and I recommend that being careful if you purchase a vehicle from this dealership! I’m very disappointed
10/15 update. After reaching out to the service manager, he managed to do a price match on the parts for a more agreeable price and refunded the difference. Initial Review: I’ve been bringing my Nissan Rogue here for at least 6 years and usually trusted their service, but my recent 80k maintenance was really disappointing. Pressured us to make a quick decision and sold us a car with “clean carfax”. This car has been crashed. Very upset to pay a premium for a car that had NOT been in a wreck to then find out in fact it had.
