10/15 update. After reaching out to the service manager, he managed to do a price match on the parts for a more agreeable price and refunded the difference. Bought a 2024 Nissan Ariya Engage! I’m new to EV but Gwinnet place Nissan took care of me all same day in and out - happy to be apart of the Nissan family thanks for everything!
Rude and unhelpful staff in the service department. Almost like you are insulting them by asking for information. Looking at all the other reviews and putting two and two together, I think it is safe to say do not come here as a black person if you want respectful and helpful service. Sad part is the staff I dealt with were brown (not black).
My experience was great! My Salesman was very honest and transparent about what I could and couldn’t afford and what were the best options considering my credit score, my income, and the down payment I was willing to put down. Rod was extremely patient and thorough in his explanations and entire process. If it’s your first time car shopping I highly suggest you seek his service.🫱🏾🫲🏽
Took about two and half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This is despite being the first appointment of the day. Do not recommend if you know that you only need an oil change + tire rotation without any additional maintenance activities.
