Working with Juan Richardson made buying my car a lot less stressful than my last experience. He’s straightforward, honest, and genuinely helpful. He really helps you through the buying process, and I appreciated that. While I left a 3-star rating due to some other service issues after my purchase, Juan’s support throughout the sale was top-notch.
10/15 update. After reaching out to the service manager, he managed to do a price match on the parts for a more agreeable price and refunded the difference. My experience was great! My Salesman was very honest and transparent about what I could and couldn’t afford and what were the best options considering my credit score, my income, and the down payment I was willing to put down.
