We had a really great experience here. Bow took excellent care of us and helped us choose the meats. We truly appreciated her hospitality, and the manager also came by frequently to check on us. We were very impressed with the service. Overall, delicious food and outstanding service!
The food was delicious and Julie was amazing! She was so attentive, bubbly, and helpful. We got 3 meats per person for the lunch special and also got things like white rice, fried rice, and garlic noodles. Every single part of the meal was wonderful. Every time I go to one of these locations both Brookline or Cambridge I’m never disappointed. Forever a fan!
Had a really great time! The food was super tasty and staff are very friendly and willing to explain how to cook the food if asked. I wish they filled the water more often. We also ordered a sauce we never received. There was very loud music there and it was hard to hear ourselves or staff speak. Excellent atmosphere otherwise. Visited Gyu-Kaku Boston and had a better-than-expected experience. Staff called out flip times by cut and even demoed technique; grate changes were frequent, so smoke never built up. The set menu flows in steps, which keeps the table from crowding the grill. E-queue helped with the wait. Only nit: weekend peaks can slow pacing—staggered waves would smooth the rush.
