We had a really great experience here. Bow took excellent care of us and helped us choose the meats. We truly appreciated her hospitality, and the manager also came by frequently to check on us. We were very impressed with the service. Overall, delicious food and outstanding service!
Had a really great time! The food was super tasty and staff are very friendly and willing to explain how to cook the food if asked. I wish they filled the water more often. We also ordered a sauce we never received. There was very loud music there and it was hard to hear ourselves or staff speak. Excellent atmosphere otherwise. The food was delicious and Julie was amazing! She was so attentive, bubbly, and helpful. We got 3 meats per person for the lunch special and also got things like white rice, fried rice, and garlic noodles. Every single part of the meal was wonderful. Every time I go to one of these locations both Brookline or Cambridge I’m never disappointed. Forever a fan!

We visited Gyu-Kaku BBQ and were seated at 8:30 PM. We ordered a large amount of food — probably over ten different items from the menu. However, after sitting in the restaurant for 1 hour and 40 minutes, we had only received about 15% of the food we ordered. When we raised our concerns, the manager, Nan, offered us two options: either extend our dining time or receive a 15% discount.
