Reasonable timing from referral to appt. Excellent care and solid plan to address skin issue as well as how to move forward if improvement in condition didn't occur. Staff were all very easy to interact with. Appreciated not having to go to the ends of the earth to describe/ justify condition to get to a workable treatment.
Riley is wonderful to work with! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and I always feel heard and seen—not just like a number. Whenever I have questions, they’re answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. I truly feel like they care about my well-being and are invested in helping me make progress.
Great business and wonderful staff! Was welcomed as soon as I came in. I didn’t have to wait long and staff was so kind!! I had a skin assessment done and they made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. Even recommended a new medication for my hyperhydrosis that works even better than what my last dermatologist prescribed me! They did a wonderful job and I am so glad I am a patient there!
I waited 3 months for an appointment and was immensely disappointed. I’ve always struggled with having nice skin and was seeking for answers, but the providers acted annoyed upon seeing me and made me feel like I was bothering them. Seriously, not a smile the entire time. I was barely given a chance to talk. All they did was tell me to visit a med spa (which they are partners with and benefit from) and I was in and out of the building in about 15 minutes with a copay and sample of topical that doesn’t do anything to help my... read more
Our daughter was referred here for a few issues, Amanda and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. Our girl was nervous and scared going in but as soon as Amanda came in she got her smiling and laughing. We are so grateful for the staff and for the care our daughter received. They took the time to explain everything and go over treatment to ease our minds.
