I waited 3 months for an appointment and was immensely disappointed. I’ve always struggled with having nice skin and was seeking for answers, but the providers acted annoyed upon seeing me and made me feel like I was bothering them. Seriously, not a smile the entire time. I was barely given a chance to talk. All they did was tell me to visit a med spa (which they are partners with and benefit from) and I was in and out of the building in about 15 minutes with a copay and sample of topical that doesn’t do anything to help my... read more
An amazing group of professionals here at the Bay City Location - they listen and "get it" to understand where you are coming from. Highly recommend and we will be back whether under insurance or cash pay. Ryleigh their PA is especially great to work with!
Being a new patient, the soonest opening I could get was a month and a half out. I explained my situation to them and they were able to get me in the next day. The staff was great and the facility is very nice and I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Can't say enough good about my first experience here.
UPDATE: The Office Manager called me to explain that because of the location of the growth they were concerned about me having issues if the growth was just cut out. They were researching the best alternative to proceed to make sure I had the best long term results. They were going above and beyond what i expected. This was very much appreciated. I did not realize the full scope of the procedure. They were going to get me in as soon as possible.
1st time visit..Grrreat place..staff was friendly..I was called into room at appt time.. that just doesn't happen anywhere else anymore.. And they listened to me.. showed concern for what I was dealing with... they asked me questions about things I forgot to mention.. Was not and didn't feel rushed.. good explanations.. felt really comfortable while there.. really good when I left.. even called a few days after to see how I was..
