I have brought my son here for lessons 3 times now and we really enjoy it! The instructors are all wonderful and the staff are all so friendly. The facility always feels clean and taken care of. The pool is always nice and warm. The lessons themselves are great, I feel like we are really learning good swimming skills, and my son loves it! Highly recommend!
We just had our two grandchildren attend a week of lessons. The each had a different trainer who were both terrific. Both our grandchildren were very apprehensive of water going in, after the first lesson they couldn't wait to go back. The devotion shown to each student made the difference. My grandchildren (4 + 2 1/2), have been swimming at H2O since they were 6 months old.Their big smiles and excitement, along with with their improving skills and confidence, is a testament to the quality of H2O Academy lessons! From the clean, bright facility, warm pool, small class size, great staff, H2O Academy is the place to learn to swim!!!!
This is my favourite place to take my kids for swimming lessons by far!! I’ve tried a few others but felt it wasn’t right for my children’s learning preferences. Swimming lessons are now my kids highlight of the week. Big shout out to Ella, my kids love her. She is great with kids. I’d trust her with my own life. 10/10.. See you guys next week!!
I had my baby attend the baby and parent class during their winter session (January - March) of 2025. It was fantastic and my baby loved it. Staff was kind and facilities are great. However, the class I booked was supposed to include a underwater video which I did not get. Just be aware that their customer service is lacking. I emailed them about it in May and got no response whatever so I called. They said they would get someone to send it to me however, I didn't hear from them and it's been a week.
