I’ve lived here since the complex first opened, so about four years now, and while my personal unit has been well-maintained thanks to my own upkeep, the shared spaces and overall community environment have been disappointing. The biggest issue is with the common areas. Trash bins in the lounges, hallways, and near entries are often overflowing—especially on weekends, since housekeeping is only present on weekdays. Great experience with someone like Chasidy, she's very knowledgeable and patient. Plus living here in Hawaii we respond kindly to people with aloha, and Chasidy is full of true aloha. I came from U.S vets, shelter where people help veterans find a home. My first choice was Hale Moena, walking in you can feel a sense of being home. Most people are friendly and the area is nice and clean. I was helped by Mrs. Chastidy Carlisle, and from the beginning she was very friendly and listened to all my needs. She is also professional and great at her job; her help and professionalism is greatly appreciated and I would suggest other people to come and experience this! 1000 stars

This review is mainly to shoutout Miss. Chastidy Carlisle. She is basically the first face that you will see and mainly communicate with when becoming a resident to Hale Moena Ohana. She is just so amazing with treating residents with integrity and respect. I know some of the reviews for the complex are a bit mixed, she is one of the staff members who have earned my respect. My family and I have lived here for a little over a year and it was honestly a great experience for us, THANKS TOM KELEI. She was the one that helped us with our application process and made our move in such a great experience, with no troubles at all.
