I’ve lived here since the complex first opened, so about four years now, and while my personal unit has been well-maintained thanks to my own upkeep, the shared spaces and overall community environment have been disappointing. The biggest issue is with the common areas. Trash bins in the lounges, hallways, and near entries are often overflowing—especially on weekends, since housekeeping is only present on weekdays. Working with Chastidy at Hale Moena Ohana was a great experience! She made the move-in process quick and easy. Everything went smoothly and got me in my apartment in a timely manner. Very nice lady, professional and polite. Absolutely loved working with her!
I came from U.S vets, shelter where people help veterans find a home. My first choice was Hale Moena, walking in you can feel a sense of being home. Most people are friendly and the area is nice and clean. I was helped by Mrs. Chastidy Carlisle, and from the beginning she was very friendly and listened to all my needs. She is also professional and great at her job; her help and professionalism is greatly appreciated and I would suggest other people to come and experience this! 1000 stars
Great experience with someone like Chasidy, she's very knowledgeable and patient. Plus living here in Hawaii we respond kindly to people with aloha, and Chasidy is full of true aloha. This review is mainly to shoutout Miss. Chastidy Carlisle. She is basically the first face that you will see and mainly communicate with when becoming a resident to Hale Moena Ohana.
