When I applied, I was promised four things - secure property, parking, pet-friendly, and that the building was for 62 and over. They still allow pets. Even the age was dropped, which is distressful for someone who wanted senior living. Overall, the place is just dirty. Management does not clean the lobbies, common rooms, or parking garages.
