Best periodontist office on TC. Dr. Hall is very knowledgeable, kind and does a wonderful job!! Love Kelly, our dental hygenist, she is very thorough, gentle, empathetic and funny. The office staff is very pleasant and friendly. Thank you all for giving us such a great experience. Especially after having a horrible, tramatic experience at another well known Periodontist in town. Keep up the great work and we will definitely be sending referrals your way 😃
The wait time to get an appointment was much shorter than I had expected. Katie explained the finances and was nice enough to retrieve my purse from my husband in the waiting room so that I could give her my Medicare cards to see if they would cover any of the cost of my procedure! Hannah and Dr Racca took excellent care of me and kept me aware of what was going on at all times, plus what to expect with healing and getting results. I was able to get an appointment because of a cancellation, they had me on a waiting list. The work performed was a routine visit and went very smooth. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the extent possible. Kelly the hygienist, was excellent and the Dr. even took a few moments to meet with me and discuss any potential issues. Definitely recommended.
Dr. Hall and his staff were absolutely great, informative to my treatment. I was amazed how proficient Dr. Hall was during my treatment procedure. Miro was anything but sweet, awesome assistant for Dr. J. Hall's practice. Thank you all for making my visit great one! J.Hansen
Dr. Racca and Hannah: thanks for the very detailed evaluation/consultation, answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and gave me lots of clear information about what to expect from a procedure and recovery should I go forward with it. All staff is very friendly and positive.
