I had a wonderful experience working with Summer! She is incredibly sweet, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. From the very beginning, she made herself available whenever I had questions or concerns, always taking my calls and responding quickly. What stood out the most was how supportive and helpful she was throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, but she consistently guided, reassured me, and helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision. She took the time to listen, exp... read more

“Some realtors help you buy a house. Summer Ferguson helped us find our way home.” 🏡❤️ Moving from Colorado to Tennessee was a huge life change for our family, and honestly, I don’t think we could have done it without Summer Ferguson. ❤️ From the very beginning, Summer was so patient with us, understanding of everything we were going through, and always there when we needed her. We had such a great experience working with Todd Haltom and the Haltom Home Team! Selling a home can be stressful, but Todd made the whole process so much easier. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always quick to answer our questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. We always felt like we were in good hands because we knew we could trust his guidance. We’re so thankful for everything he did and would absolutely recommend Todd and the Haltom Home Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

She was so sweet and helped me in every way possible to make the transition so smooth for me and my family to make Tennessee home! I had to drive 10+ hours to sign at closing, with my little ones in tow, and she treated all of us like family. She was so caring and helped preoccupy them so I could do paperwork. She even took our picture after 🫶🏻 She constantly kept in contact, and continues to even after closing! She definitely we... read more

Beth and The Haltom Team provided invaluable assistance to our family during our relocation from out of town. Beth’s exceptional service made the process seamless. She scheduled multiple home viewings on the days we would be in town, ensuring that we had ample opportunities to explore potential homes. Additionally, when a house became available on the market while we were away, she would preview it for us, providing us with a comprehensive understanding of the property. Beth also guided us through the intricacies of the Jack... read more
