Maintenance person is very deceptive and only tells you what you want to hear. Incompetent and irresponsible is the only way to describe Hamilton Highlands and all their staff from the top down. Run as fast as you can from this sub par rental company, also welll known as a slum landlord! Run!
Hamilton Highlands has the worst maintenance of any apartment building I have ever lived in. It took over 8 months to fix a closet light and 2 months to fix a broken fridge handle after submitting over 5 service requests and calling the supervisor multiple times every month. This company really does not care at all about its tenants. There is 0 maintenance that takes place in any of the apartments.
