I have lived in the complex for over a year and have a few minor complaints all of which got resolved after calling. I do have a rescent issue that i will call in about but for the most part pleased with the complex and the service. Management staff is usually very reachable. I do see the many complaints about mice but management can only do so much as tenants have a roll to play in curbing as well. This company has gotten many complaints from my family . For the last few weeks there has been work going on in the apartments starting bright and early in the morning. I completely understand construction may need to be done , but no letter stating there will be work in the buildings ? I have a newborn who has continuously woke up due the noise happening at random times in the day , ESPECIALLY MORNINGS . 7am?! NO NOTICE. It’s completely inconvenient to me and my neighbors. This review is specifically on weed smoking. Whereas I appreciate living here, someone has been smoking weed inside building 60 day and night. Lately, it's been getting worse. It's 9am and the hallway feels like a weed chimney. Please do something about it!
Like the place alot! Only 4 stars cuz there's no pool at this property but there is one at the others. All in all I've been here almost 20yrs & have no big complaints, it's expensive but so is everywhere. Not a problem with maintenance at all, I call say somethings broke & they fix it usually very quickly unless a part needs to be ordered. Once I called for a brace in the kitchen cabinet & got a whole new kitchen :). This property is the most incompetent I Have ever seen let's start with the staff that doesn't know about politics when asked about them. Property manager is never available even after a whole week of leaving messages and voice mail. The apartments are full of mice or shall I say rat's as they are big enough and yet nothing has been done. Vehicles getting towed at owner's expense even with a property sticker, This is unacceptable.
