First time here and this place is absolutely amazing! I received a complete tour of the office, and dental rooms. They were super professional and even put my name on the screen in my exam room with a nice gift as you can see in the pictures. This is not a routine dental office, they are specialist in periodontal work and dental implants. I went here for a deep cleaning. I had a wonderful experience at this periodontist’s office. The office is beautiful, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. The periodontist Dr. Kenia Alvarez is amazing , very nice and professional, and she has such gentle hands that I barely felt the procedure. The entire team was friendly, and attentive . I was feeling some anxiety about this procedure, and Dr. ALVAREZ and her team immediately put me at ease. They do many small things to make patients feel comfortable, including offering a cozy blanket, or headphones with music or a movie. The procedure itself went smoothly and Dr. Alvarez explained every step. I am impressed and would highly recommend .
Very impressed. A very clean, modern office. All the staff treated me like I’ve been a patient there for years. Dr. Alvarez explained everything in detail and provided all the options I have available. Juliana did a great job taking my X-rays, because I have a bad gag reflex. Highly recommended.
