First time here and this place is absolutely amazing! I received a complete tour of the office, and dental rooms. They were super professional and even put my name on the screen in my exam room with a nice gift as you can see in the pictures. This is not a routine dental office, they are specialist in periodontal work and dental implants. I went here for a deep cleaning. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Alvarez and this whole team. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was professional, kind, and clearly committed to providing excellent patient care. Very nice minimalist deco that aids in a calming environment. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Dr./Dentist was very personable and informative which made the visit even better. Procedure and options were thoroughly explained and discussed. The most important aspect of my visit was the emphasis of patient comfort during any and all procedures.
From the moment you walk into the calming wait area it’s just beautiful and pristine. You’re always greeted with a smile and how are you? The staff is Bar none. I have been seeing Dr. Alvarez since August going through implant work. She is an expert at what she does. Dr. Alvarez is professional and a perfectionist and very knowledgeable. I went for my initial consultation and was treated like a VIP. The staff was great, I was given a tour of the facility upon being called back and offered something to drink(water, coffee, etc.) In the treatment room I was asked a little about myself so I could be introduce to Dr. Alvarez.
