I went to see Dr. Alvarez for the first time and honestly had such a good experiance. She is super detailed and really takes her time explaing everything so I didnt feel rushed at all. The whole staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. You can tell they care about there patients. They offer delicious coffee too :) Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for someone who actually listens and knows what they’re doing!
cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Alvarez, Ronald, RN and Juliana. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for in a way I hadn’t experienced at any other office. Dr. Alvarez and her team were true caring professionals. They were thorough with everything. From explaining the situation to what treatment was necessary. The facility looks very modern and clean. Highly recommend going to her practice for any major oral surgery work.
Dr. Alvarez and her staff were so incredibly kind and welcoming. The office is beautiful, immaculately clean, and very soothing. All of my fears began to dissipate with each person I encountered. So very impressed with the personal touches they provided; a card and gift on the exam chair, a welcome sign on the screen with my name, and their general desire to get to know their patients. I was so impressed with my entire experience there.
This office was amazing from the Front Desk, Kathryn, to the dental assistant, Melanie, to meeting amazingly kind and gentle, Dr. Alvarez’s explanation of what to expect with my upcoming procedure. I feel like I have the utmost confidence in this team. Ron explained the billing procedure which also allowed me options! I am putting my trust in their hands in two weeks. I highly recommend this office.
