It was my first visit on a referral from my dentist. As soon as we walked in you could just feel how they make you feel relaxed, beautiful office, Christmas decor, and amazing staff. Not your normal office. Bonus points they even had Coke Zero :) Dr. Alvarez made sure I was comfortable which helped greatly and her assistant was wonderful from the start. Your dentist gives you a referral and you make the appointment, and then you arrive to the Hamlin with hope and a dozen questions. You are welcome and assisted by a great team. Dr Kenia Alvarez answers all the questions and set you with the team that helps the financial aspect be resolved. The day of the procedure comes and you get taken care of like royalty, a blanket , massage chair and head phones to hear to music And when all is finished you get all the details for your after care and a goodie bag to start this care…like... read more
I went to see Dr. Alvarez for the first time and honestly had such a good experiance. She is super detailed and really takes her time explaing everything so I didnt feel rushed at all. The whole staff was super friendly from the moment I walked in. You can tell they care about there patients. They offer delicious coffee too :) Definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for someone who actually listens and knows what they’re doing!

cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Alvarez, Ronald, RN and Juliana. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for in a way I hadn’t experienced at any other office.
