I went for my initial consultation and was treated like a VIP. The staff was great, I was given a tour of the facility upon being called back and offered something to drink(water, coffee, etc.) In the treatment room I was asked a little about myself so I could be introduce to Dr. Alvarez. I had such a great experience at Hamlin Periodontics & Implant Dentistry. The office itself is beautiful and has such a calming environment, which immediately put me at ease. I was greeted so warmly when I arrived, and the entire team made me feel genuinely cared for. My dental assistant, Mori, and Dr. Alvarez were amazing!! I had (and still have!) a great experience at Hamlin Periodontics. Dr. Alvarez is funny, knowledgeable, and kind. The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and caring. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What I appreciate most is the lack of judgment. They focus on doing their work well, explaining things clearly, and treating you like a real person. If you need periodontic work in the Hamlin area, I highly recommend Hamlin Periodontics. They are awesome.

Excellent experience. Office is beautiful and spotlessly clean. From the minute you walk in the door you are cheerfully greeted. The entire staff was very pleasant and made you feel at home. The examination and future process was explained in detail making sure you understood the entire process. Very organized and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them and again, many thanks to Clermont dental for their help in finding this office.
