Hannah is a wonderful provider, gives the best advice, and has been simply wonderful since my transition from my previous clinician. Hannah is very helpful and informative and makes our appointments very easy and comfortable. Highly recommended!!

Dr.Hanna Brooks has been very knowledgable, kind, understanding and professional to this Veteran. I’ve been treated like one would treat their own family member. In fact, this has been the attitude of her entire staff, down to the clerks. When she wasn’t available, her colleague maintained the above bar status already earned. Portal is not used at all by providers. There is no info about my medical. I don't see what meds were called in. Questions thru portal are not answered or acknowledged. Hard to speak with PA because are only given 20 mins and is booked all day long so she can't call me between patients. Almost like a call center for mental health.
