I have nothing but great things to say about Hannam clinic and the service they provide! I’m 32 and have had PCOS since my teenage years. My experience with Hannam Fertility Clinic and Dr. Rebecca Arthur was very disappointing. Last summer, after several months of trying to conceive, my family doctor referred me directly to Hannam Fertility Clinic instead of investigating further herself. The team at Hannam Fertility are incredible! Dr. Robb and his staff were extremely professional, courteous, understanding and very responsive to all my questions throughout my fertility treatment. Wonderful experience at this clinic. Very communicative staff who are quick to respond. Felt heard and valued as a patient. I traveled from Ottawa to Toronto for our funded IVF and the clinic was very understanding to specific appointment time requests to accommodate my train home.
Horrible experience with Hannam - was beyond disappointing. The onboarding process was chaotic and ineffective, with little clarity, poor direction, and virtually no sense that anyone was truly overseeing our case.
