We came from out of province to do IVF at Hannam after hearing really great things about them. We are so grateful for Dr Robb, his team, and all the staff at Hannam. Their service is exceptional. Everyone there is warm, friendly, and amazing at their job. Whenever we showed up for an appointment, early or late, they would see us very fast, there's barely any wait time. The location is good as there is always street parking available on Bloor (paid). We are very happy with our decision to go to Hannam.

I want to Thank you Dr Arthur and the Team for helping my dream come true)With their help I have a lovely and healthy baby boy! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and supported every step of the way during my fertility journey. Dr Arthur is highly knowledgeable and compassionate, provided a clear, personalized treatment plan. I can’t thank the team enough for their dedication and support. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the empathy and care we received at Hannam clinic and from our physician Dr. Robb and his team. We underwent 4 IVF cycles and 3 transfer rounds. Appointments are managed extremely efficiently and communication is fast and easy. Dr. Robb was always open to our many questions, and willing to try new approaches as we moved through the process. Hannam only cares about money. They have very poor communication. My team failed to communicate to me that there would be charges for a test they recommended I do, (and it is a very expensive test) therefore my next embryo transfer has been put on hold due to outstanding charges. This clinic only cares about the money they make, not the outcome of pregnancies that result with their patients. I don’t usually write reviews online; however, Dr. Robb and Hannam have changed our family’s life trajectory forever in unimaginable positive ways, and I wanted to share my experience here.
