I absolutely love living here!!! I have lived here going on 9 years. Anna is one of the best managers we have ever had. She is very quick and efficient with whatever she may be working on. She is always in a pleasant mood and has smile from ear to ear. Maintenace is extremely quick, and William does a very thorough with his work orders. Let's not forget the pool and the welcoming community, I like to call home. In addition to being close to the mall and many restaurants, the location is a hidden gem welcome home !
I have lived at Hanover Square Apartments for 14 1/2 years. The apartments are wonderful, we have a full size stackable washer & dryer. There is an outside pool. I have seen many changes through the years but I must say our manager and maintenance are extremely attentive. If there is a question or issue they want to know immediately and get things taken care of.
My apartment is pretty quiet,maintenance immediately address maintenance issues!!it's awesome that the apartment comes with a garage space and a storage unit...my electric bills are generally low..having an accessible swimming pool for those hot and humid days are awesome, and our leasing agent anna in the office is very professional and approachable and she addresses any issues that come up quickly...and that's a plus you have to be able to have access and help from management. I'm very happy here!!
I absolutely love Hanover Square! The amenities are outstanding, starting with the beautiful swimming pool that’s perfect for relaxing on warm days. Having full-time management on-site is such a convenience, and the team is always super helpful and incredibly friendly. They truly make you feel at home. The 24/7 onsite maintenance is a huge plus – any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This is the best place I have ever lived in. Anna the property manager is the very best! William the Maintenance guy on the property is absolutely amazing! The guy can fix anything and is always there when I need him. Thank you Hanover for the great place to call my home!
