This place is horrible; management is horrible. My ceiling has been leaking for 3 days, yes, 3 days. The office has been closed since yesterday for inspection. I just happened to see someone walk past yesterday. He came and saw the leak, went to the 2nd floor, said nothing is leaking up there, changed the light bulb, and left. Was forced to Move out of my apartment in 2017 & I been living since 2010 someone busted my windows out and the Manager that was there Linda told me she was gonna make sure I don't get a place in Chicago ever again. I didn't get my security deposit back and she also put a $3900 dollar bill on my credit report.
This place is everything. the receptionist was very nice, the manager , maintenance workers was always there. I’ll recommend anybody to live there. Their houses are nice and well kept. They are very friendly ppl and they treat you with respect. I loved this place.
Horrible management no real maintenance units haven’t been updated for years and they’ve been sayin no money in the budget since the Pandemic . We’ve had 3 different property managers. No one to keep property clean and no more security presence ! This is an organization for market rent low subsidy and hud so why is there not eneough money to keep our communities up and looking presentable.
