Such a wonderful place to rent. They were very thorough with helping me get a space quickly when I had to move suddenly. I absolutely love the key in and key out process. It makes me not only feel safe but also my things. The manager Alyssa has been extremely helpful with helping me to make online payments for my convenience and the facility and office are so beautiful. It has been a blessing and I would highly recommend renting here.
Hansen's is great for storage with very secure and clean facilities. Customer service is always prompt and excellent, have had a great experience overall with them.
We switched with them about 2 years ago and have loved them since! They come out and get everything done fast. We had a big load of boxes that needed to be shredded (two trucks loads) and they came out and did it all for us. Best part is we didn't have to go in and take out the binder clips!!! That would have been a nightmare, they came shredded the boxes and took it to be recycled all in the matter of a couple of hours!
We get free shredding with having a credit union account. Such friendly staff they simply dump all the papers into the large bin, and we definitely trust them as we have been using their service for many years now.
