I use this branch to access my account from another credit union. As I type this review, I am waiting on hold on my second call attempt. My first attempt was about 12 and a half minutes long. After that, I was offered to provide a call back number and was no longer on hold. The map information currently says they are not too busy(although I do not rely on that information all the time). Come on. Very unprofessional if they are dodging phone calls. My credit union answers way faster than this. Almost immediately I'd say.
This has been a reliable financial institution for me for the last couple years. Salvador, and Daisy are great to work with. Polite, and professional. They always go the extra mile to make sure any problems and issues are resolved. Great customer service. I highly recommend conducting your financial duties and transactions at this location.
Both Daisy and Salvador were amazing to deal with today (10/3/25)when I went into the Hapo Credit Union. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend HAPO to others.
Only been with them about a year. Sounds like major ATM problems! I’ve never read so many, sorry for inconvenience, why not FIX IT? I’ve been ok so far but I’m not downloading another app, especially with all hackers and ID theft. Guess we will see?? I’m disabled, if I get stuck and can’t count on bank to help, why do they bother, if it’s too much… close!! I will agree everyone there has been great so far! Have a small wait at times, not bad.
I have never had any issues with the service here. Any time I come in the people are friendly and are able to help me quickly and effectively.
