A little history about HAPO We are often asked what "HAPO" stands for. HAPO is an acronym for Hanford Atomic Products Operations. HAPO was formed by a group of non-exempt workers at the Hanford nuclear site in 1953 to provide a place to save and borrow money. Our first office was located in Kadlec Hospital. The experience I am sharing now is not from today. Today’s in building visit was great. The staff is always friendly and I like HAPO overall. I have had at least 10 encounters of the ATM not working or not functioning properly when I need it to. I have never had such an issue with an ATM machine in my entire banking experience of almost 20 years. -The most recent encounter was Sunday January 14th. My name is Lisa and Jenny Molina is a rock star my son got badly hurt in a accident I could not figure out cash app or go fund me and she got me through it like it was nothing I can’t thank her enough we need more Jenny’s in the world she’s a absolute sweet.
I have been with HAPO for several years and I am very disappointed by the service I have received regarding changes in my accounts. They insisted I physically come into the branch I generated the account at then when they made a mistake they suddenly are able to email me the signature documents. I live over an hour away. I am disappointed that this online convenience was never offered until they had to make a correction on their end.
Love everything about this bank but the fact that I can't deposit cash into the atm, ever. I have to drive clear across town to the stonewood ct location. June 14, 2024!!!!! UPDATE: No Deposits? How incredibly inconvenient that the times I do come to this bank I can't use the ATM. Please Fix this ASAP!!!!!!!!
Always have such a wonderful customer service experience when I go into HAPO! Today Salvador T. was my teller and he was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. Love being a member with this credit union and all the amazing employees 🤗 Thanks HAPO.
