A little history about HAPO We are often asked what "HAPO" stands for. HAPO is an acronym for Hanford Atomic Products Operations. HAPO was formed by a group of non-exempt workers at the Hanford nuclear site in 1953 to provide a place to save and borrow money. Our first office was located in Kadlec Hospital. We were treated very well, Ammy O. listened to our requests and gave us great solutions and offered the right products! She was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, relatable, and kind. This is what we've come to expect over the last 10+ years with Hapo. Oh and Chris S. was great too.
Very nice place to do business. Had to go there to work with my mother's final estate. Ammy handled everything with efficiency and understanding. My wife and I were very impressed. Judging from our experience, HIGHLY recommended.
I have always had nothing but positive things to say about HAPO. From contact with the tellers to the loan department as well as the admin. I wish that I could remember all of their names. I have dealt with Lindsey in the past and recently with Ammy. Both ladies are awesome. I just was able to pay off a loan, and Ammy is always so patient with me. She definitely goes the extra mile, and is very good at her job. It also appears that she likes her job also. I do recommend Hapo to friends and family because of your staff.
The financial specailist at the branch 64th , is amazing , i was looking to open a new account and they have everything you need , as well as very warming enviroment.
The experience I am sharing now is not from today. Today’s in building visit was great. The staff is always friendly and I like HAPO overall. I have had at least 10 encounters of the ATM not working or not functioning properly when I need it to. I have never had such an issue with an ATM machine in my entire banking experience of almost 20 years. -The most recent encounter was Sunday January 14th.
