A little history about HAPO We are often asked what "HAPO" stands for. HAPO is an acronym for Hanford Atomic Products Operations. HAPO was formed by a group of non-exempt workers at the Hanford nuclear site in 1953 to provide a place to save and borrow money. Our first office was located in Kadlec Hospital. Daisy Martinez was a great help with my credit card today. I give her 5 stars on my review. Very pleasant and knowledgable.
Would put no stars if I could. Worst banking around. ATMs are always down outside of business hours. Bank tellers are slow and clueless. They make you use a coin machine that charges you 5% to use it if you’re trying to deposit more than a $1 in coins into YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. SMH I’m closing my account tomorrow 😂🤣
We were treated very well, Ammy O. listened to our requests and gave us great solutions and offered the right products! She was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, relatable, and kind. This is what we've come to expect over the last 10+ years with Hapo. Oh and Chris S. was great too.
Customer service is good but it's a pain to withdraw money as a non member from a sister credit union. At the counter they require my SSC# and ID and only a maximum of $500.
Daisy was very helpful, professional and thoughtful. I chose to expand my use of HAPO and I'm very grateful for her assistance.
