A little history about HAPO We are often asked what "HAPO" stands for. HAPO is an acronym for Hanford Atomic Products Operations. HAPO was formed by a group of non-exempt workers at the Hanford nuclear site in 1953 to provide a place to save and borrow money. Our first office was located in Kadlec Hospital. Would put no stars if I could. Worst banking around. ATMs are always down outside of business hours. Bank tellers are slow and clueless. They make you use a coin machine that charges you 5% to use it if you’re trying to deposit more than a $1 in coins into YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. SMH I’m closing my account tomorrow 😂🤣
We were treated very well, Ammy O. listened to our requests and gave us great solutions and offered the right products! She was very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, relatable, and kind. This is what we've come to expect over the last 10+ years with Hapo. Oh and Chris S. was great too.
Very nice place to do business. Had to go there to work with my mother's final estate. Ammy handled everything with efficiency and understanding. My wife and I were very impressed. Judging from our experience, HIGHLY recommended.
I have always had nothing but positive things to say about HAPO. From contact with the tellers to the loan department as well as the admin. I wish that I could remember all of their names. I have dealt with Lindsey in the past and recently with Ammy. Both ladies are awesome. I just was able to pay off a loan, and Ammy is always so patient with me. She definitely goes the extra mile, and is very good at her job. It also appears that she likes her job also. I do recommend Hapo to friends and family because of your staff.
Edgar, at the Nob Hill location has been a great employee and asset to Hapo.He has helped me with all my deposit accounts for years and he is certainly the right person to have in leadership at the Nob Hill branch- thank you!
