Obstructive, and unprofessional handling of a legal transaction. I have not experienced a financial institution act with such disregard for law, process, or compassion. Following the death of a family member, this bank failed to honor a lawful and fully supported transaction proceeding the death of its member, despite being provided with every document legally required to complete it. Both Daisy and Salvador were amazing to deal with today (10/3/25)when I went into the Hapo Credit Union. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend HAPO to others.
Only been with them about a year. Sounds like major ATM problems! I’ve never read so many, sorry for inconvenience, why not FIX IT? I’ve been ok so far but I’m not downloading another app, especially with all hackers and ID theft. Guess we will see?? I’m disabled, if I get stuck and can’t count on bank to help, why do they bother, if it’s too much… close!! I will agree everyone there has been great so far! Have a small wait at times, not bad.
I have never had any issues with the service here. Any time I come in the people are friendly and are able to help me quickly and effectively.
Our experience was amazing, Angle was super nice and very helpful, and answered all our questions, overall a great visit
