Your ATM tore on of the $20 bills and spit out the other $80. I took the half torn 20 into the eastgate branch and was told I would maybe receive my 20 credit within 10 business days instead of crediting my account and then do an audit or looking at the camera to see that it was the machines fault. This and all the.other issues I have had with this branch.

The site consistently experiences technical issues and seems to be down or malfunctioning quite often. For the past three weeks, I’ve been unable to add a sub-account due to a recurring error message stating, “Your session has expired.” I reported this issue to IT at the time, but it still hasn’t been resolved. I strongly encourage the IT department to stay proactive in maintaining the site and addressing problems as they arise. Reliable functionality is essential for users.
If you are in the military serving our country do NOT use Hapo Community Credit Union for any of your banking. Our son who is in active duty and will be for the next 3yrs has to keep his motorcycle with full coverage insurance while it sits in our garage which is fully covered by our home owner insurance. Our insurance company said we could have liability on it while it sits not being driven but Hapo said nope! So I will be paying it off and NEVER give them our business again!!!!
Comfortable and a friendly place to save money at the bank. Good place to goto for questions on anything I don't understand. Awesome place to open account in your name. I really happy that I found a bank to goto.
