A little history about HAPO We are often asked what "HAPO" stands for. HAPO is an acronym for Hanford Atomic Products Operations. HAPO was formed by a group of non-exempt workers at the Hanford nuclear site in 1953 to provide a place to save and borrow money. Our first office was located in Kadlec Hospital. This has been the absolute worst financial institution I have ever worked with. The customer service is terrible they charge so many fees that are not charged by any other financial service. They have a terrible auto payment system that only works sometimes. We were signed up for the auto pay and it wasn't charged for two months and they charged us over $400 in fees for the delayed payment. I will be switching over institutions ASAP and would never recommend HAPO to anyone as long as I live. 0 out of 10 stars

Zoey Casperson was amazing ; made my life so easy getting my daughter set up with her accounts . I was in and out in 20 min ! Best Customer service . Anything I needed she was willing to provide , no issues.
Yes i was in a couple weeks ago and want to say howw much i appreciated the help of Sierra Madrigal and Yaya Nogueria. They were so helpful and helped at the counter and arrange appt with the branch manager Reyana Morales to get some documents notarized and a bank medallion stamped on some other documents? Everyone was very polite and helpful. Even after I forgot some documents Reyana was able to fit me in when i returned. I would like to thank Brynn Nelson for her assistance in going above and beyond in assisting a customer. She took extra time in communicating with my mortgage institution to clarify wiring instructions. She has us excellent customer communication skills and is knowledgeable in her field of expertise.
