Incompetent Credit Union. Poor customer services. HAPO was capable of buying out a local bank but seemed to have zero plan or support for their new customers who were not asked to bank with them to start with.
Jon baldridge is the best teller between all of your Tri city locations he’s quick precise and very knowledgeable without Jon I’d be banking with my personal and business accounts elsewhere.
I recently experienced a problem with my account, and I wanted to commend the support I received. Frank provided exceptional assistance throughout the resolution process. His communication was consistently prompt, and he kept me fully informed every step of the way. Frank's dedication to going above and beyond truly made a difference in my experience. I am very grateful for his professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.
This experience of opening new checking and saving accounts pleasant. Aaliyah is very knowledgeable and thorough in her position. Conversation was light and easy while waiting for various computer functions to complete. We are looking forward to our adventure with HAPO.
Unfortunately I can no longer recommend Hapo and will most likely consider other Credit Unions. Although a simple mistake happened on the part of a new associate opening my account during training. It has ended with about $165 worth of fees. I find this very misleading and when I called to try and correct the issue, I was made to feel like I didn't understand the systems.
