It’s incredibly frustrating that no principal payments can be made to these loans. Month after month, I’m making payments, yet the the interest takes hundreds. This experience of opening new checking and saving accounts pleasant. Aaliyah is very knowledgeable and thorough in her position. Conversation was light and easy while waiting for various computer functions to complete. We are looking forward to our adventure with HAPO.
HAPO does not value small businesses and nonprofits. They have fee after fee, the business consultants don’t know what they are doing, and there is no consistency in customer service between the various locations. Each location makes up its own rules. As a CPA who regularly interacts with banks and financial institutions, I recommend you bank anywhere else.
This has been the absolute worst financial institution I have ever worked with. The customer service is terrible they charge so many fees that are not charged by any other financial service. They have a terrible auto payment system that only works sometimes. We were signed up for the auto pay and it wasn't charged for two months and they charged us over $400 in fees for the delayed payment. I will be switching over institutions ASAP and would never recommend HAPO to anyone as long as I live. 0 out of 10 stars
