Incompetent Credit Union. Poor customer services. HAPO was capable of buying out a local bank but seemed to have zero plan or support for their new customers who were not asked to bank with them to start with.
It’s incredibly frustrating that no principal payments can be made to these loans. Month after month, I’m making payments, yet the the interest takes hundreds. It feels like I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle where the debt just sits there, untouched, but if they could let me pay it all in one go I would, this system is discouraging and financially draining, especially when you're trying to be responsible and get ahead.
