Great bank with a personal feel. They helped me with my accounts and its always super clean and everyone there is so nice. They also always have fresh coffee available and suckers for the kids.

Nikolai and the other staff were extremely helpful. I arrived late in the day with a complicated transaction. I offered to come back on a different day but they insisted on helping me. I appreciate their great customer service!

I use this branch the most as it is on my way home and has a great parking lot for my big rig. Jared VanDine helps me most of the time. He is very efficient polite and helps me with everything I need to do as far as banking goes. Everyone there is polite and very nice.

When I decided to try and start up my business, I sat down with Hapo because I already bank with them and had good experiences. But even though I arrived to discuss a business loan, my loan advisor misunderstood me and my written appointment request and gave me options for a vehicle loan instead. She skimmed through my business plan at my request, and eventually did submit a loan application on my behalf.
