Very kind helpful people. They helped me foster a sick stay kitten who I eventually adopted after no one claimed her. They got her spayed and got her all her shots and got her all well again. She is now a very happy healthy cat.
Very rude. The adoption counselor seemed to be trying to discourage me from adopting rather than finding a match. I've had happy, healthy cats for 50 years and am very comfortable and knowledgeable about cat needs and behaviors so it was very upsetting to be treated so badly. They've lost a potential adopter and donor.
We had such a wonderful experience with Happy Cats Haven. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly love their felines. We first met one of our cats, Espresso, at the Biscuit Cafe, and then met his sister, Latte, at Happy Cats Haven. We were delighted to bring these litter mates into our home.
I made an appointment to adopt a cat or kitten. I took the day off of work and pulled my teenage daughter out of school to be there on time. When we got there, the main lady showed up 10 minutes late. I didn’t care about her being late. The fact that she looked stoned and like she had just rolled out of bed did catch my attention,. This is the best place to adopt a cat…or two 🥰The staff is so sweet and knowledgeable about all the kitties they have. When I went in there I knew I wanted a black cat but didn’t find any that were ready to be adopted…but then a cute little black floof walked out of a cage begging to be picked up and I instantly feel in love her. I couldn’t adopt her right away because her sister wasn’t ready so I waited.
