I received excellent customer service from a very professional staff. I needed to make a few updates to my account, and the general manager of the car wash handled everything quickly and courteously. The car wash itself is great and I especially appreciate the squeegee/buffer at the end of the wash cycle, which dries most of the car before I even drive out. Happy's Car Wash: A First-Time Fluke? My first visit to Happy's Car Wash wasn't so happy. The wash broke down halfway through, leaving my vehicle soaped up for about 20 minutes before a staff member could rinse it off and let me out. It was a frustrating experience, but the staff was friendly and handled the situation well. I was impressed with the amenities, though. Employees are always friendly and helpful. They have always offered free air fresheners and dash wipes. When I am drying my truck they have always offered me a free bottle of water. The wash machine is fantastic and has left my truck clean every time that have gone. Great deal joining the wash club. Thank you for keeping my truck shining. There is not enough starts on here to rate the customer service I received today by ADAM AND HIS TEAM ! This wash is the result of a “Happy” mistake. I made a wrong turn! When I was working on turning around, the owner says “cmon! You get a free wash!” I tried to convince him that I didn’t deserve a wash, but he insisted. I was given his best wash. My truck sparkles!!! They have an unlimited plan, and I have to say, if lived here, I’d sign up!!!
