The staff at Harbor Bay are terrible. The only thing they have going for them is the scenic views and they are lucky that since they are on a military base they are getting paid everyone's BAH right out of their check. Leann Davis is just awful. She speaks to people as if she is reading off of a Q card. They are honestly the most un-empathetic people I have ever met in my life. I know many...
