DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please, if you don’t do anything else, take my advice on this! This place is dirty, roach infested, and over-filled. There are 5-10 people living the in 1 bedroom apartments. The units are old, dirty, and out dated. Not to mention, they will steal your money and make up imaginary charges. I’m so happy I got out! My neighbors upstairs are very rude and won’t allow you to sleep for anything I have kids that get waken up. By this I have went to the office and they gave me a number to call overnight but now it’s getting out of hand and I work 12 hour shifts and I don’t need to be waking up by my rude neighbors I will go to the top person or whom ever I need too this is ridiculous how I have been here a year and my new neighbors are already rude and disrespectful , they even called the police because of telling them to be more respectful... read more
DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is horrible . I moved in May 17 2024 and from that day forward it’s been pure HELL! My first day i walked in there were “ cleaners” who took all day. I couldnt have my family in the apt until after 8pm that day. Upon entering the apartment , the first thing i noticed were all the german cockroaches crawling everywhere. RUN! Do NOT move here! Very unprofessional here, maintenance doesn’t come when things are broken. You literally have to threaten them just for things to get done! My A/C wasn’t working and it took forever for someone to come fix it!!!! They also have an infestation of roaches, spiders, and mold! Now they’re refusing to refund deposits AND making up charges???? Take my word and AVOID THESE APARTMENTS
If I could give a zero I would! So this morning as my partner is getting ready for work we noticed in the bathroom there’s a leak coming from upstairs we call the emergency maintenance person on call he called back to ask us questions and ask us to go knock on neighbors door @6:00am to see where the leak is coming from then had the nerve to tell my partner if he could knock upstairs cause we had awaken him out his sleep well sorry we woke you up for your JOB I’ll be damn your on call for the emergency hotline number and t... read more
