Let's see huge drug problems like heroin bad. Roaches and bed bugs. Office doesn't care about its guest. Cops there will arrest anyone visiting or living there. The grounds are bad. Unattended kids breaking inti houses and cars. People have died here too.

Really bad no good to do business they don't know how to treat the tenant who pay the rent every month
