As others have advised, DO NOT MOVE HERE. When you first arrive to pick up your keys, it is likely your apartment will not be ready and you will end up waiting hours before it is. On your walkthrough of the unit, it is likely you will immediately be struck by a damp, mildewy smell followed by the realization that seemingly every surface has been recently given a new coat of paint. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please, if you don’t do anything else, take my advice on this! This place is dirty, roach infested, and over-filled. There are 5-10 people living the in 1 bedroom apartments. The units are old, dirty, and out dated. Not to mention, they will steal your money and make up imaginary charges. I’m so happy I got out! I definitely would make sure you read these reviews. This year has been cray! When I moved in- I had to clean my carpets 3 times because whoever they use, sucks. There’s mold, roaches, the ac sucks. My electric bill is so high for a little two bedroom apartment. I’ve asked to have my bathroom redone because it’s peeling, and where it’s peeling is a god awful smell. If I could give the apartments a 0 star I would!!! These apartments are disgraceful. There are roaches everywhere!!! Little roaches and huge ones too. I couldn’t even sleep peacefully because of the roaches I couldn’t wait to get up out of there! Please save your funds and save yourself the stress. I have never experienced anything so stressful in my life.
