Verified Renter wonderful apartment complex! great communication prior to moving in and as a resident. it's quiet, clean, and even has covered parking! great area and neighborhood too for walking around. would definitely recommend!
Moved, but it was a great stay! Sergio and Elena were amazing. The grounds were kept clean which was a big deal for me. The apartments were pet friendly!! If I had any emergencies or maintenance request, they were handled immediately. Unfortunately I was unable to use the ammeenities due to covid. With everything opening back up, hopefully you you all enjoy the awesome gym and grill area.

Harbor Terrace This is an extremely nice building and is kept clean constantly. It has a nice common area to lounge in and a gym that is accessible 24/7. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and funny. The common area is filled with nice tables and benches along with red sun umbrella for shade. The other renters are friendly when you see them. There's lots of little stores around and transportation. If you like quiet and clean this would be the place.
Happy Tenant I have lived in this apartment complex since 2009, and appreciate that I am close to public transit and freeways. The apartment has great amenities and the owners maintain the facility exceptionally well. This is a pet friendly complex and very clean.
Management & mold issues Management is not responsive to issues and frequently mismanages information resulting in issues within themselves and tenants. Due to bad management, I've experienced extra inaccurate charges within numerous areas stemming from issues relating to management's disorganization. This can be seen in different areas of living here including an experience of mold-related sickness due to mismanaged leaks and management forgetting about a hole in the ceiling despite numerous follow-ups. Wish I could break my lease Currently living here for 4 years. New property management and they increased the rent extremely high. About 60% higher than before. Elevator is always out of order. People still mail from the mail room. Gym has a tv but no signal so it’s pointless. No more bbq grills. They removed seating outside and after 6 months they finally put some outside. Everyone needs trash outside the trash shoot. Dogs pee anywhere and everywhere. I wish I would break my lease.
run around this guy Nelson gave us the run around. we did everything he asked and we still didn't get the appt... this guy gives you the run around. from experience he doesnt no what he is doing. who ever hired him needs to go back and train him on how to talk to ppl and have a list from the get go. when we got what he wanted then he wanted something else...
