My mother was a resident at Harcourt Terrace for rehab the staff was very welcoming. I appreciate all the support and efforts to my mom speedy recovery. They were very accommodating for her appointments and treatments even at last minute notice. I know my mother is a lot to deal with at times. So, I just want to say thank you so much to all members involved with her care. Will highly recommend this location for a love one.

If I could give this horrible facility a zero star, I would. We put my mother here for rehab, and these horrible CNA's and Nurses let my mother develop a bed sore because the staff there did not want to perform their proper duties as so-called professionals. When the sore developed, they ensured us they could easily correct it. THEY DID NOT! It got much worse, and because of this, we moved her out of this facility to another GREAT community called Hamilton Trace in Fishers. My grandmother was here up until her last days. The day she passed, the facility had a survey going on. Nothing seemed to stop or interfere with the care that was being provided to my grandmother. The comfort and support offered to her and my family was very much appreciated. I will never forget this experience and it definitely made this process easier. I had a good friend that was in this Nursing home for a few weeks and it was a horrible experience for her! As her advocate I complained numerous times regarding the lack of nursing knowledge, the long wait to have her call light answered, the wrong diet being served, the dirty room etc… Non of the issues were ever resolved! The staff showed a lack of concern for the Patient. This place is substandard at its best ‼️

My mom had a short stay at this facility, and it was not a good experience at all. Within a few days, she developed a bed sore, and we were told by administrators that it would be taken care of, but it continued to get worse, and we had to move her to another facility. I would think twice before using this facility.
