We had a good experience with Hardy Pools at the start of our pool project three years ago. High level of engagement and communication was great. We have been ghosted by Hardy ever since. Difficulty in getting call backs started as the project came to a close. Very challenging to get follow up help to address issues. We now have a problem with the pool pump, which is still under warranty. Talked to Hardy about getting it replaced. No one has called us back. There is a reason why their BBB rating is D-.

We have used Hardy pools for two inground pools and spas as well as an outdoor kitchen, anyone who has ever had an inground pool built knows the monumental task that it involves. I have had many friends build pools with other builders who promised short timelines, cheap prices and lots of “freebies” and the vast majority turned into absolute nightmares - Not with Hardy pools! Hardy Pools designed and built our pool a few years ago. We absolutely love it! We have been through two freezes and both times they have come out to check on our pool equipment to make sure there was not any damage. If we have had any questions, Mark is very responsive to our texts and if needed, he sends someone out the same day to help us. Wonderful customer service!

We had a horrible experience with Hardy Pools. From day one we have had issues. The pebble tec from the day it was done looked horrible and still does and they refuse to do anything about it. They didn’t put a chlorinator or salt cell on the pool until weeks after it was complete and not until our pool cleaning company pointed out we did not have either. Absolute nightmare experience with Mark Hardy and Hardy pools. From beginning to end this remodel was a nightmare. He’s now not honoring warranties. Avoid Mark Hardy and any companies he is a part of.
