Terrance Hamm is a wonderful therapist. In our discussions he has helped keep me grounded on issues that previously would have been majorly difficult to handle. he has seen different versions of me throughout my journey and has responded to all versions with kindness and professionalism. I am thankful to have him in my corner.

Everyone I’ve encountered at Harmony shows that they truly care about you as a person not just for that specific appointment. They have made my treatment for MDD, PTSD, and Anxiety so much better than it ever was in the past and I use to see a psychiatrist out of the Cleveland Clinic. I’m so comfortable with my care team and they go out of their way to talk with me and include me in my treatment plan. I absolutely love my therapist, I was matched to the perfect therapist. She listens, validates my feelings, and helps me form strategies and exercises to de escalate situations and feeling. I only wish I was able to contact my therapist through out the week, if I need an emergency appointment or such.

I have spent most of my life looking for quality mental health care. I have spent years traveling hours to find quality care. Since finding Harmony in Bridgeport I am happy to have found such a quality facility close to home. Harmony took over my mental health care without issue. Richard Grey is really great. He took his time to listen to me and I never at any point feel rushed like I usually do when I went to other places. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to medications and how different medications can react with each other; therefore, he is super mindful when prescribing anything. Overall he has been amazing and Harmony is great. So glad I decided to start my treatment there!
