This place is by far the worst place I have ever been too. The CARE is horrible, the upper management is horrible. My husband was there and when he arrived at 10 pm no one came into the room until 3:09 a m to give meds mind you my husband was a fall risk, no rounds are done no residents or rehab patient are getting liquids they need. I went there for 8 days straight and saw no one asked to speak to a supervisor on a Saturday and I’m still waiting to speak to someone (Mind you this was on 6/12/21). Poor nursing care. Failed to keep my Moms oxygen charged. We often found her with her oxygen uncharged and her not receiving the 24 oxygen she required. She was there for 8 months. No amount of meeting with the staff could change this.

Care One in Livingston is the absolute worst place to put a family member, unless you want them to die. Then by all means send then to Care None, in Livingston. My father was there 2 weeks. He got a massive bed sore, pneumonia, sepsis and alot more. The staff is horrendous, incompetent and any other adjective you can think of. I complained every single day he was there. Mother came north for 2 week Christmas stay. Responsiveness of care givers less than acceptable. Unfortunately she fell in her room. Took 3 days to get X-ray and Doctor review. Mom was in a lot of pain and hand was quite swollen. Told to "keep an eye" on hand for few more days. Moms medication delivery was often sporadic and inaccurate, and response to request for help was very delayed. I had to do her laundry as care giver unwilling to do when needed. I know someone in there right now for rehab after ortho pedic sugery. The food is terrible both in quality and quantity. The pt staff is good though. If you need assistance in your room expect to wait forever for a person to come and help you!!! Looks like a very nice place but TERRIBLE food and staff assistance-this is referring to their rehab section ONLY
