I always talked about starting a program and would always send messages to set up intake but then the day would come for intake and of course, I wouldn't show up....8 months ago I finally pulled the trigger and This is where I ended up going and I have to say, I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I definitely was nervous to come here because of my anxiety. But this is definitely the place I recommend if you need help with addiction/recovery. Every person that works here are so nice and they do everything they can to make you comfortable. No one will judge you here. Everyone here is so helpful and they listen to you and they do everything they can to help you stay clean. I'm thankful for everything they have done to help me!
They accommodated me on my stay here and helped me with my dosing but the nurses were pretty much always late and there was wait times which I'm not used to. I wasn't too fond of the crowd that came here either. Just because you used to be an addict doesn't mean you need to still act like one.
Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. I have been a patient for 10 years and somehow my insurance was cut off. So now that I have a balance they hold my medicine over my head. Put a hold on you every day and make you jump through hops just to get your medicine. I filed a complaint with Department of health today on them. They literally made me feel like I was being strong armed not allowing me to dose until I saw the director today. And I asked what I needed to do to get dosed and was told pay $5. READ IF YOU’VE READ THE OTHER ALL CAPS TITLED REVIEW BECAUSE IT SIMPLY ISN’T THE TRUTH 🤷🏼♀️ I have no idea what these other recent reviews are talking about because I can say from personal experience that the one, for sure, is simply not factual. Increasing 5 mg every ten days?! No. That’s not how it works. They will increase you every single day at the beginning by either 5 or 10 mg in an effort to get you stable as quickly as possible because they truly want you to get clean.
