Dr. Broome has been wonderful the last 11 months with my preemie! He is always willing to see my son immediately and will make sure that my questions get answered, even with a phone call!
I was so disappointed with Dr. Broome's services. My child was sick and I took her to urgent care where they were very thorough. I had to see a PCP before I could proceed and I got Dr. Broome. He was very arrogant and demeaning. He dismissed the previous Dr.'s recommendations and discouraged me from getting a CT scan as was recommended. I did anyway and that scan is what saved her. She ended up having surgery. I expressed my feelings 2x to a nurse there but I never even got a call back from him.
