They called at 8 AM on a Sunday and 8 PM on a Saturday from blocked numbers and are now refusing to take me as a patient. That is kind of rude to be calling at those hours from a blocked number and they have a very poor attitude. If you miss a phone call, they cancel your service even if you return the call. I have had pleasant experiences with Hartford healthcare at home before but you exist. I will never use them again and recommend that others not as well. People help is more important and not a joke.

Not a good sg agency at all... the nurses just pop up at your house without prior notification or appointment. I ask for appt the call center rep says no . they don't setup up any appts for nurses .they come when they are able too

Hartford HealthCare at Home was referred after I sustained injuries in a car accident which included a fracture of my lumbar vertebrae and a soft tissue injury to my sternum. I had skilled nursing, PT and OT as well as aide services. All staff were professional, knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect and care. I would highly recommend Hartford HealthCare at home to providers and patients alike!
