I had knee replacement surgery on 1/14/26 at St. Vincent's Med Center. Discharged on the 15th with HHC at Home for nursing and PT. Each and every practioner than came to my home was simply terrific. Nurse Christine and Physical Therapist Mike and Paulette were all thoughtfully, helpful, encouraging and clearly knew what they were doing. They called to confirm appointments and arrived on time. Dave my therapist was very professional and .had courtesy for me by wearing a mask . He was on time every time .Corrected a mistake for having my staples removed with the surgeons office. Was thorough and explained what I needed to do and not to do. The nurses were also on time every time and gave me a thorough exam also. I would highly recommend Hartford Healthcare

HHC at Home has served me well through two total hip replacements. Their staff are courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and answered all of my questions. My recovery was very successful thanks to their care and support. You can even call them on the individual's direct line if needed!

They are disappointing. The staff that coordinates the program is inconsiderate and unethical. They provided services to my mother for a week, but then they abruptly discontinued them and told us they would call us back because they had made an error. They never called back, leaving my mother waiting for medical care and supplies for over two weeks. My mother is 92 years old and in a precarious state of health. Could not have been more impressed and satisfied with the care I received. All were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to be sure that they answered all my questions and made sure that I understood everything I was told. Highly recommend Hartford Healthcare at Home.
