The care my husband received was beyond excellent. His nurse Cody was so kind and took care of all his needs. He went above and beyond what was expected. His concern for some of his health needs was followed up with calls to his doctors. I can’t say enough about him. His OT Kristen was excellent as well. She had a humor that matched Len’s. She made therapy fun for him even when he wasn’t in the mood.

I was so pleased with the services I received from Hartford Health Care at home .The workers were so helpful answering any questions or concerns I may have had . Their input included exercises to improve my ability to become more self sufficient and ways to improve my homes safety to enable my ability to work toward my goals .

Each provider that came to my home was very good on communication of day and time. They were prompt, friendly and well informed. They helped my recovery process to be successful. They had all the answers to my questions! Would consider them again and refer to others.

Very disheartening. Nurse, Social Worker, and Care Management team were more concerned about moving my sister somewhere else (due to health insurance coverage issues) than how that would impact my sister or her family during a very difficult time. Would not recommend them for any other families.

My PT was awesome and strived to get the most out of every session. She also advocated for me when worker's comp delayed approving appointments. Highly recommend!
