I would like to share a glowing review of my recent experience with Hartford HealthCare at Home, with special recognition for Kim Schneider, Administrative Associate in the Pre-Admissions Department. Kim truly went above and beyond what is expected of her role. Scheduling was easy, April was the best. Kept me informed of my progress but motivated me to keep working harder and reaching my goals. She provided examples that made it easy for me to pick up, also was able to modify or add exercises to deal with issues I was having. Overall it was a great experience and I feel they definitely helped moved my recovery forward.

One day after arriving home from a RTKR, the PT from Hartford Healthcare came. She arrived on time. Sabrina was excellent. She helped me physically and emotionally. A God send for two weeks. Highly recommend HHC PT at home. I would not have made it mentally without her guidance nor physically without her skills.

Excellent in home physical therapy and occupational therapy for myself. My Recovery from heart surgery. Lisa, Candita, and Lauren. Have Provided excellent care for my recovery.as well Nurses Gillian and Alicia have been wonderful help. And Picc line nurses Jamie and Becky have been a great help.

Michele moi is compassionate, pleasant, knowledgeable and very effective pt rehab person. She explained everything and answered questions. I have given her name to several people needing in home pt. Very pleased to have met and worked with her. 🤗😁
