I would like to share a glowing review of my recent experience with Hartford HealthCare at Home, with special recognition for Kim Schneider, Administrative Associate in the Pre-Admissions Department. Kim truly went above and beyond what is expected of her role. One day after arriving home from a RTKR, the PT from Hartford Healthcare came. She arrived on time. Sabrina was excellent. She helped me physically and emotionally. A God send for two weeks. Highly recommend HHC PT at home. I would not have made it mentally without her guidance nor physically without her skills.

My At Home Care experience was great! The Physical Therapists- Alex and Joanne were patient, and showed me what I should be doing in my healing process. The Occupational Therapists were exceptional, as well. I only saw an RN twice, within the first two weeks of coming home. The two, that I did see, were very good. 🙂

The care I received was excellent and supportive. PT was tailored to my needs and helped me to move forward and gain strength. She gave me good exercises to continue on my own with confidence. OT made good suggestions to help accommodate vision issues.

Excellent in home physical therapy and occupational therapy for myself. My Recovery from heart surgery. Lisa, Candita, and Lauren. Have Provided excellent care for my recovery.as well Nurses Gillian and Alicia have been wonderful help. And Picc line nurses Jamie and Becky have been a great help.
