My husband and I have lived in Harvest Gate for 21 years. This community is always well-maintained and shows a high degree of pride of ownership. Having wonderful caring neighbors in a secure environment has been helpful when we are south 6 months of the year. This could be a great purchase for active seniors. We love it here. 😊
This is a well maintained and beautiful community. Any community reflects the people who live there, and in my six years here, I have found my neighbors to be very caring and helpful, always watching out for each other, and helping out where needed. As a 55+ community, it's usually very quiet, and quite a comfortable place to live.
We purchased our home a little over 3 years ago. We love this community. It is a safe and beautiful place to enjoy our “retirement” years. The community manager here is Roy and we appreciate all of his hard work.
I moved into Harvest Gate the last day of 1999 and have never regretted the move. I appreciate the way the grounds, clubhouse and yards are kept up so nicely and that our concerns are dealt with in a quick and easy fashion.
This community is the best and Roy Holman is a terrific manager. If I ever have concerns, and they are rare, Roy always has an answer for me. We are lucky to live here and lucky to have him.
