I’ve been living at Havenwood place for four years, our manager, Sandy left the apartment complex was bought out by Michael’s. We have no management no maintenance in the senior community. No way to get in touch with corporate office if something goes wrong, you’re on your own I will be reporting them to the Montgomery county Housing Authority, I would not recommend leasing here. Thank god Christy is leaving, she is the rudest person I have ever met. Good luck finding a job. No garbage pick up for a month.

I'm so fed up my neighbor has someone living with her not sure if he supposed to be here but he drives a red Truck. He takes up most of the driveway,I have ran over the curb too many times just to get into MY garage. He leaves his door open so I can't get up the driveway. I have went to the point of leaving a note on his window to let him know this and he just keep doing the same BS. I'm ready to MOVE...When I moved in it was damaged to the bathroom cabnet and it still has not been fixed...I Don't like it HERE.

My new apartment is light and bright! The shining star of this place is manager Sandy Keith! What a great, compassionate angel she is to get me in right away. Moving on UP! THANK YOU, JESUS!
