Avoid at all costs!!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!! This has been, without question, the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The unit was in terrible condition from day one—mold was already present in the bathroom when I moved in, and within three months, mold had spread to every…single…room in the apartment. I emailed them & got an answer back immediately with all my questions answered. Thank you Caleb Bethel & leasing agents for being so patient with us. Smh If I could give 0 stars, I would…but I gotta settle with giving 1 star. Initially, I had a great experience with the apartment complex. The apartment was nice, the grounds for the most part where clean, the monthly activities to bring the tenants and staff together were nice. Great apartment, good maintenance and staff at the leasing office. A lot of great memories from my time living here for two years. The reason for the three stars is because of car break-ins and overall suspicious characters that hang around and walk through the community at all hours. I believe this is due to the multiple hotels in walking distance. I hope it’s gotten better because I really did love the time I spent here. Also the gym at Lincoln Pointe that you have access to is stellar.
I love my place at Hayden! The staff is wonderful and my apartment is beautiful. I love the events they’ve done for residents and the amenities are always an added bonus. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues I’ve had, not that I’ve had anything major since living here.
