Gwen was amazing and helped us so much! She had an amazing attitude and we thought she was super nice. Was such a fun experience. Definitely coming back. Also thank you for taking out photo Gwen!
We have done 2 escape rooms here and both sucked. The puzzles are not cohesive and we have had 3 puzzles not work as intended. The game masters don't know how to solve their own puzzles. and all the wiring is poorly covered. They seem to put more work into making it a good photo location then making it an actual escape room. It's overpriced for what it is. We solved the wizard room with 20 minutes left. The only hints we used where because the puzzles were not working well. I had so much fun with my best friend in The Lost Temple!! Tasha was fantastic and helpful the whole time! Will definitely need to come back!!! UPDATE: We came back to explore the Haunted room! It was super well decorated and Paulo and Kyle did an excellent job of facilitating our game! Thanks for another fun experience!
We had an amazing time at HD Escape, especially thanks to Gwen! It was my daughter and her boyfriend’s first escape room, and we did the pirate room. Gwen was fantastic—helpful, encouraging, and perfectly timed with hints. Honestly, without her we’d probably still be stuck in there 😂 She made the whole experience fun and memorable. Highly recommend!
Had a great time! The haunted house one was super fun and interactive. Palo did great in giving us instructions and clues when we needed it!
