Dr. Shannon Hawk is outstanding. She takes the time to carefully listen to her patients and makes sure every concern is addressed. Her treatment plan was well thought out and clearly explained, which made my recovery process much easier to understand. Good customer service. From the front desk you are welcomed with a warm smile. Always short waiting time and Doctors a ready to see you right away. Doctors make me comfortable every time I am there. Good place to go
The staff at this location are truly amazing!! It begins with the front desk receptionist(s), gets better with Dr. Grady, and pleasantly ends with the physical therapy technicians. I don't know everyone's name at the front desk because the staff change, but they are very inviting and gets me to see Dr. Grady ON TIME EVERY TIME!!
