Super kind staff. I got in pretty quickly (2+ hrs wait time everywhere else). Received an X-ray and then moved to a safe procedure room without my horrible allergen in the room. Didn’t take long to get the glass out of my food and sent home with at home care instructions. Love Bruce and his bedside manner definitely brings comfort.and distraction with humor. One of the Best family urgent care clinics.
I woke up sick in the middle of the night and was able to go to their website to schedule myself an appointment for first thing in the morning. I thought everyone was very nice and professional. I was seen quickly and medications were immediately called into my pharmacy. I will definitely choose this location for future needs.
Visited this clinic many times in the past year for various conditions and Dr. Bruce has always pin-pointed my problem and solved it. My last visit I knew I had one of my reoccurant prostate infections and the pain was terrible. After receiving the runaround with Arkansas Urology, which seems to happen often, I needed pain relief. I’ve always had a good experience when I’ve been seen at HCE. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. They get me in and out. Thanks again for the wonderful care you gave me 10/92024!
Kudos to Dr Bruce Whitfield, Mo, and the rest of staff , who were helpful and attentive. I explained that I had soreness and pain inside my right knee area. They explained to me in terms I could quickly grasp. After examining my knee, Dr Whitwell called in a prescription at nearby Walmart Pharmacy. I left feeling like they, not only cared for me as a patient, but we're genuinely interested in my health and well-being.
