Update : keep coming back. same great service. Thorough in everything down to details. The service is great. They are a professional team and take the time to narrow down the choices. The site is clean. All the employees wore masks. Everyone was friendly. Thank you for the quick walk-in when my pcp is booked out.
We just moved here and I needed to see doctor for ear pain. They were very helpful, listened to what I said and asked a lot of good questions. Kyle (nurse) was very helpful and made the appt comfortable. Dr Waheed got everything I needed into the pharmacy to feel better, and I was In and out in less than 45 minutes. I also was able to pay my copay day of so I didn't have any lingering bill with them. Will definitely go back to this clinic when needed.
The clinic was full of sick people when I got there and everyone was seen in as timely a manner as was possible considering the situation. Bruce was very good at taking care of my needs. I was pleased with my care and would definitely recommend him and the clinic to anyone.
Doctor was great, my appointment was at 10am. Waited for 1 hour 10 mins and I was a returned patient. Two people went back before me who checked in after me. I asked Mary had they missed me. Her response was no that I was next. Was not so happy about that. Overall good visit.
The care from John was wonderful as well as the nurse. We had an 11:15 appointment and did not get called back until around 130. I understand it's sick season but people who make appointments shouldn't have to wait two hours to be seen.
