I had a wonderful experience with Miranda, APRN. From the moment she walked in, she introduced herself and shook my hand, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She sat directly in front of me, maintained eye contact, and made it clear that she was truly listening to my concerns. Miranda and all the staff at healthcare express was really great and helpful. Me and my son both are very thankful for their service. We never had to wait for anything and her kin observation and listening skills were very good.
I felt that service could’ve been better. Had to wait almost an hour To get into a room. Even after having set an appointment And being sent a text that it was confirmed for the time I had said it for.Then it seemed like almost another 20 minutes or so before I was seen. the Pa was nice but seemed in a rush. I know there were quite a few patients to be seen, I felt he could’ve been a little more compassionate. . Had a great experience overall. I was seen by Miranda Phillips, APRN who was super nice and very knowledgeable. She seemed like she enjoys her job and truly cares for the patients. I hope if I have to come back that I will be lucky enough to have her working that day. The only bad part of the experience was the part where you have to check yourself in instead of the receptionist. But she was very nice about it and I liked her as well. I would recommend anyone to go there.
I recently moved to the Bryant area with in the last two months. I needed to see a doctor, and was unsure of where to go initially. I found Healthcare Express on line and it had great reviews. And now I know why, the staff and experience was wonderful! From the receptionist, to the nurse, to the wonderfully kind Dr. Miranda. I felt heard and not rushed.
