Update : same great service. Thorough in everything down to details. The service is great. They are a professional team and take the time to narrow down the choices. The site is clean. All the employees wore masks. Everyone was friendly. Thank you for the quick walk-in when my pcp is booked out.
We are so very grateful to Bruce and his wonderful staff. The receptionist was so very sweet and very helpful. She made checking in and out a breeze. The nurse was very kind and patient with us. We just moved here and I needed to see doctor for ear pain. They were very helpful, listened to what I said and asked a lot of good questions. Kyle (nurse) was very helpful and made the appt comfortable. Dr Waheed got everything I needed into the pharmacy to feel better, and I was In and out in less than 45 minutes. I also was able to pay my copay day of so I didn't have any lingering bill with them. Will definitely go back to this clinic when needed.
Urgent care is top notch here! Went because I was experiencing cold symptoms, sore throat with sinus issues then started coughing. Everyone was professional from the front reception to the nurse and nurse practitioner. Bruce was pleasant listened attentively and reassured he would order tests to confirm no COVID, strep or flu based on all of my reported symptoms. The crew hooked me up —- two days later I am feeling much better.
The staff is always friendly. Mary (front desk) is great. Wait times can be pretty long. I got here today at 4:00 for a 4:15 appt. I saw the provider at 5:15 and I’m checking out now at 5:26, so take that into consideration with your situation. I do appreciate getting a written prescription in addition to them sending it over electronically.
