They are always great. We've come in before and they were honest that insurance might not cover the reason for the visit and recommended we go to the ER to save money. This visit, I brought my wife and son in with the flu. We were given options for treatment, the doctor was completely honest about the cost of the newest flu medicine, but said it does work. I appreciate honesty and choices when seeing a doctor.
I had an emergency and needed to know how to proceed. I didn’t have an appointment just a walk-in and was seen within an hour! Spoke with Doctor named Tray he gave me the advice I desperately needed with my medication. I proceeded as instructed and today things are much better. The help I received was great. Definitely would go back without a second thought.
The wait was minimal. The staff was GREAT and very helpful. The only downside was their computer system. The history, medications, and allergies didn’t populate into the chart properly. Therefore, the nurse had to manually input the information in the procedure room, thus delaying treatment. That is not a staffing issue, but rather a computer glitch. I was treated very well, and felt very welcomed. I would come back again!!
Left very upset and without me or my 8 month old being seen by anyone. I booked an appointment for 8:00 am. Yes, I will admit I was 10 minutes late because google maps took me to Kroger. That’s on me and I apologized. By the time 10:00 rolled around, and we had still not been seen, I was pretty upset. I waited in the lobby for about an hour and the exam room for another hour. Super kind staff. I got in pretty quickly (2+ hrs wait time everywhere else). Received an X-ray and then moved to a safe procedure room without my horrible allergen in the room. Didn’t take long to get the glass out of my food and sent home with at home care instructions. Love Bruce and his bedside manner definitely brings comfort.and distraction with humor. One of the Best family urgent care clinics.
