I had a wonderful experience with Miranda, APRN. From the moment she walked in, she introduced herself and shook my hand, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She sat directly in front of me, maintained eye contact, and made it clear that she was truly listening to my concerns. Miranda and all the staff at healthcare express was really great and helpful. Me and my son both are very thankful for their service. We never had to wait for anything and her kin observation and listening skills were very good.
I felt that service could’ve been better. Had to wait almost an hour To get into a room. Even after having set an appointment And being sent a text that it was confirmed for the time I had said it for.Then it seemed like almost another 20 minutes or so before I was seen. the Pa was nice but seemed in a rush. I know there were quite a few patients to be seen, I felt he could’ve been a little more compassionate. . Clean facility, professional and friendly staff, QR code for check in, and short wait time. Miranda was very nice and personable. I don't recall the male nurse's name that took my vitals but he was also very nice and personable.
I had a wonderful experience at this office. I was seen in a timely manner, and everyone—from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctor—was professional, kind, and efficient. Although the lab process took a little longer than I expected, the staff kept me informed throughout and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent care and outstanding customer service. Thank you all so much!
