Great service, Bruce was great and very professional. He gave options on what to do and if the medication does not work, to come back and try the other option! I will absolutely come back! The Medical Assistant was also great!
I had lost my voice from being sick. I was in and out fairly quickly. The front staff was very patient with me for the check in process. The nurse I had was very nice and helpful. And the doctor was knowledgeable and patient with me as well. I am very happy with the experience.
We just moved here and I needed to see doctor for ear pain. They were very helpful, listened to what I said and asked a lot of good questions. Kyle (nurse) was very helpful and made the appt comfortable. Dr Waheed got everything I needed into the pharmacy to feel better, and I was In and out in less than 45 minutes. I also was able to pay my copay day of so I didn't have any lingering bill with them. Will definitely go back to this clinic when needed.
The staff is always friendly. Mary (front desk) is great. Wait times can be pretty long. I got here today at 4:00 for a 4:15 appt. I saw the provider at 5:15 and I’m checking out now at 5:26, so take that into consideration with your situation. I do appreciate getting a written prescription in addition to them sending it over electronically.
Great experience, exactly what you need if you’re already not feeling well. Mary at the front desk was very courteous and so helpful. Nurse Shauna was compassionate and understanding, and provider Bruce was thorough and offered great suggestions for getting my son feeling better. Thank you all!
