I had a great experience at this urgent care. The facility was very clean, and the waiting room was spacious, which I appreciated—it meant sick patients weren’t crowded on top of each other. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the nurses were attentive and kind. The doctor was quick, efficient, and got right to the point, which I really liked. Bruce, Shannon and Mary was a great team
Best medical facility I've ever come across. Dr. Whitwell and his nurse were so patient, kind, and reassuring. They are not just doing their jobs, but you can feel they care about people. I definitely would recommend people here. Facility is clean also.
The service is great. They are a professional team and take the time to narrow down the choices. The site is clean. All the employees wore masks. Everyone was friendly. Thank you for the quick walk-in when my pcp is booked out.

I and my spouse have come here for various things over the past couple of years and they are always so helpful and kind. If they don’t have answers they will help point you in the right direction. They’re quick, efficient, communicate well, and again- very kind. Mary at the front desk is great, Bruce the PA is great, and every MA or LPN that has helped has also been great!
