Super kind staff. I got in pretty quickly (2+ hrs wait time everywhere else). Received an X-ray and then moved to a safe procedure room without my horrible allergen in the room. Didn’t take long to get the glass out of my food and sent home with at home care instructions. Love Bruce and his bedside manner definitely brings comfort.and distraction with humor. One of the Best family urgent care clinics.
I woke up sick in the middle of the night and was able to go to their website to schedule myself an appointment for first thing in the morning. I thought everyone was very nice and professional. I was seen quickly and medications were immediately called into my pharmacy. I will definitely choose this location for future needs.
The staff here are so amazing! I have had to come to this facility for my family a few times and they have always been so patient and kind. They are usually really fast at getting you seen. Definitely recommend this place! And Haylee is so sweet!
I made an appointment last minute on a Saturday because of the pain I was in. I didn't want to go to the emergency room, so this was a much better choice for me. I have no insurance at the time, the $150 payment was worth hearing from a doctor and getting help. The anti inflammatory prescribed really helped me get through until I can get to a specialist. I was maybe there for 30 minutes total which was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone in need of immediate attention.
I’ve always had a good experience when I’ve been seen at HCE. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. They get me in and out. Thanks again for the wonderful care you gave me 10/92024!
