Got in quick. Very friendly staff. Was seen quickly and was not rushed out. Very thorough and answered all of my questions!!! The best part was he sent me with Rx as well as calling it in, just in case they had a problem...and they did. So it saved me from having to go back. Also very Beautiful waiting room. Very nice
I went into the office yesterday 2/3/26 on my lunch break and Kaley was extremely helpful and efficient. Kaley knew I was on lunch and kind of short on time so she got me entered into the system as quick as she could. We had issues signing into the portal and she got the issue resolved quickly. The staff that accessed my issue was also very knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I would highly recommend this office if you ever need immediate care.
I felt that service could’ve been better. Had to wait almost an hour To get into a room. Even after having set an appointment And being sent a text that it was confirmed for the time I had said it for.Then it seemed like almost another 20 minutes or so before I was seen. the Pa was nice but seemed in a rush. I know there were quite a few patients to be seen, I felt he could’ve been a little more compassionate. . The staff was friendly and helpful, and the nurse that was taking my initial information was absolutely lovely. I was explaining some things to her regarding some of my recent move from across the United States and some things that had just happened immediately regarding some of my injury and some of my heightened anxieties… She was warm and listened and was very comforting to me . The doctor that treated me was also a lovely person and treated me with care. I would highly recommend this facility and their services. Marci S
I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The staff was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The level of experience and attention to detail was evident throughout my visit. I highly recommend Bruce Whitwell for BioTE hormone replacement pellets.
