The lady at the front desk was fabulous and nurse practitioner was great. The young man who was wearing me and taking my vitals might need a little help in his people skills. But overall this is a great place to go to get things done.
I felt that service could’ve been better. Had to wait almost an hour To get into a room. Even after having set an appointment And being sent a text that it was confirmed for the time I had said it for.Then it seemed like almost another 20 minutes or so before I was seen. the Pa was nice but seemed in a rush. I know there were quite a few patients to be seen, I felt he could’ve been a little more compassionate. . My overall experience was great. From the front desk receptionist to the medical assistant, I would definitely return. I felt understood and cared for. If I could have Dr Jones as my Primary Physician I would. Thank you Heathcare Express.
Visited 4 months in a row. Was pleased with appointment setting and quickness. But after that it’s a waste of time. I had a male dr who not once in the 4 months I came. Touch, feel, or evaluate my lymph nodes severity. He prescribed me the same thing for months. He never once referred me to an ent now my problem is out of control. I visited a different urgent care. Had a great experience overall. I was seen by Miranda Phillips, APRN who was super nice and very knowledgeable. She seemed like she enjoys her job and truly cares for the patients. I hope if I have to come back that I will be lucky enough to have her working that day. The only bad part of the experience was the part where you have to check yourself in instead of the receptionist. But she was very nice about it and I liked her as well. I would recommend anyone to go there.
