I recently brought my son in but was in a pretty major time crunch. I was politely upfront about my limitations and Emily very kindly told me she would do everything she could to accommodate. Both Emily and Dr. Bailey worked quickly and even offered us options to help us save time. We were in and out quickly with answers to our concerns!
The wait was minimal. The staff was GREAT and very helpful. The only downside was their computer system. The history, medications, and allergies didn’t populate into the chart properly. Therefore, the nurse had to manually input the information in the procedure room, thus delaying treatment. That is not a staffing issue, but rather a computer glitch. I was treated very well, and felt very welcomed. I would come back again!!
The staff was very pleasant and efficient The nurse. Was very knowledgeable and you could tell she takes pride in her work. The APRN listened to me and was respectful of what I was there for. Great experience
I made an appointment to be seen here online, if you are thinking of coming here dont bother making an online appointment because when you arrive and check in they wont honor the original appointment and will have you make a new one. My original appointment was 9:45am and I arrived on time. I had to reschedule for 10:55 and people who arrived after me were seen before me, another woman came in and walked out because her appointment wasn't honored and she was told it was an hour wait. Very kind personnel, and I appreciate the thoroughness in diagnosing me. Got in pretty quickly too. Lobby is really nice, so it makes the waiting enjoyable. I did notice there were dirt clods on the floor in the exam room, and the toilet underneath was not wiped down. And, surprised there was no sink in bathroom to wash my hands.
