The waiting area was nice. The staff were nice. In the exam room, they listened to what was going on and told me each result of my exam. After getting the results of my test, they went over treatment and made sure I understood the plan. I will definitely go back if I need them in the future.
The front desk ladies were no nice and friendly. The nurse was great and patient with me not being able to hear well. Dr Bruce was very thorough with diagnosing my illness. Thank you to all of you and Happy New Year. I highly recommend Helathcare Express Urgent Care.
John Bailey was very patient and took the time to explain everything when I asked a lot of questions. When we mentioned we’re not from here, he printed out the prescription so we could pick it up at another pharmacy in case the one near the clinic was already closed. Overall, it was a great experience. We felt much calmer because he explained things clearly and addressed all of our concerns about our child’s illness.
I had a brief wait due to lots of sick people but was seen promptly and thoroughly checked. Had exrays to be certain of no lung problems, and was given prescriptions for my specific problem. Bruce was very professional and courteous. Enjoyed my experience.
Update : keep coming back. same great service. Thorough in everything down to details. The service is great. They are a professional team and take the time to narrow down the choices. The site is clean. All the employees wore masks. Everyone was friendly. Thank you for the quick walk-in when my pcp is booked out.
