I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The staff was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The level of experience and attention to detail was evident throughout my visit. I highly recommend Bruce Whitwell for BioTE hormone replacement pellets. The waiting area was nice. The staff were nice. In the exam room, they listened to what was going on and told me each result of my exam. After getting the results of my test, they went over treatment and made sure I understood the plan. I will definitely go back if I need them in the future.
Excellent Service and very professional. I was seen by doctor John R Dean, he is such a nice person and explains you everything very well. The ladies at the front and the nurse are nice and friendly. The place looks clean. I don't have anything bad to say and I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

John Bailey was very patient and took the time to explain everything when I asked a lot of questions. When we mentioned we’re not from here, he printed out the prescription so we could pick it up at another pharmacy in case the one near the clinic was already closed. Overall, it was a great experience. We felt much calmer because he explained things clearly and addressed all of our concerns about our child’s illness.
