This is NOT urgent care. I am a fully disabled veteran and I was sent here because the VA medical center was too busy. They had me wait for three hours in their waiting room. It’s 33 degrees outside and they turned the heat off in the waiting room. They closed and would not see me after waiting for three hours as I watched walk in after walk in go before me, I patiently waited without complaint. Don’t come here if it’s ANY kind of emergency. I easily made an appointment online and went at my scheduled time. I did have to wait a little bit because they were running behind. But that is understandable with it being flu season. Everyone was nice and friendly. I will continue to use them for my urgent care needs.
Love this urgent care. Cora is the most kind, empathetic provider I've ever seen. I have been coming here since they opened years ago and have never had a negative experience. Often I'll come here over my PCP due to the quality of care received. Beautiful people and place.
I had a little issue in scheduling my first appointment, but they were able to get me in and set a treatment plan for my flu (one of many others in this state!) and even worked with me to tweak some prescriptions to for my needs :) very nice people on staff! I'll be sure to return if and when I should need some urgent help, but not an ER ;)
