Love this urgent care. Cora is the most kind, empathetic provider I've ever seen. I have been coming here since they opened years ago and have never had a negative experience. Often I'll come here over my PCP due to the quality of care received. Beautiful people and place.
Took my son in last week for a persistent cough was told by the provider that it appeared to be pneumonia but would have to have the radiologist confirm either way she would treat it as such and she wanted my son to come back in for a repeat xray. We go in today check in or so I thought and sit for 45 minutes I have to go back up front and ask if we were checked in apparently we weren’t after another 15 minutes we get called back and get asked why we are here I repeat to the nurse what the provider at the last appt said she ... read more
I booked my appointment ahead of schedule for 3:15 pm. When I arrived I checked in and then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes before being called back. Once in the room the nurse did the routine questions regarding issue and said she would send the dr in. I then waited an additional 20 minutes for the Dr. before I got up and walked to the front to let them know I was leaving due to not being seen.
