This is NOT urgent care. I am a fully disabled veteran and I was sent here because the VA medical center was too busy. They had me wait for three hours in their waiting room. It’s 33 degrees outside and they turned the heat off in the waiting room. They closed and would not see me after waiting for three hours as I watched walk in after walk in go before me, I patiently waited without complaint. Don’t come here if it’s ANY kind of emergency. I was seen quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was great! I appreciate being seen same day, being in and out quickly, and being given quality medical care getting the help I need to feel better quickly!
It was quick and easy, received a diagnosis after some chest X-ray, and medication. I shall see what my bill will look like after reading previous reviewers about getting charged as a new patient when it’s an urgent care. Until then, I will keep it at 4 stars. Thank you for the urgent care.
Been to health care Express, many times when I can't get in to see my own Doctor a great place to go wouldn't go anywhere else. Cora Davis is awesome and she knows her stuff. Seen this little red headed nurse a couple times she's awesome and sweet also. The front desk people have always been kind. They're located in moore oklahoma.
