Love this urgent care. Cora is the most kind, empathetic provider I've ever seen. I have been coming here since they opened years ago and have never had a negative experience. Often I'll come here over my PCP due to the quality of care received. Beautiful people and place.
The staff here is always amazing. They do their best to get you in quickly and always do a great job. It is never fun to get sick, and hard to get in to my PCP for a cold/flu/strep situation, but I don't want to risk being contagious around immunity compromised family. So having HCE as an option is helpful.
The staff was friendly but I don’t think I would go back. Took me to a room after about 45 minutes only to wait there for over an hour for the dr to come in. It took me stepping out and asking how much longer it would be before somebody came in and she came in right after saying she was a nurse practitioner. Have to wonder if I hadn’t stepped out how much longer I would have waited. If they were swamped I could certainly understand but that wasn’t the case. I took the time to make an appointment for 4 and walked out after 6.
I booked my appointment ahead of schedule for 3:15 pm. When I arrived I checked in and then proceeded to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes before being called back. Once in the room the nurse did the routine questions regarding issue and said she would send the dr in. I then waited an additional 20 minutes for the Dr. before I got up and walked to the front to let them know I was leaving due to not being seen. It was quick and easy, received a diagnosis after some chest X-ray, and medication. I shall see what my bill will look like after reading previous reviewers about getting charged as a new patient when it’s an urgent care. Until then, I will keep it at 4 stars. Thank you for the urgent care.
