I highly reccomend this business. Every person from the front desk to the therapists are the best. The business makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I have been to few busines that say they are "no judgement" and can actually deliver a "no judgement" atmosphere. Not only that but they all make the therapy fun. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to express how much I appreciate and loved my experience at HealthQuest. I needed physical therapy after breaking my ankle. Going from an active lifestyle to suddenly having no mobility was not something I was prepared for. The staff at HealthQuest were supportive and there every step of the way. What a wonderful experience at HealthQuest Ferndale, location. The crew was simply phenomenal! Everyone was so professional and dedicated to helping me get the best therapy for my surgically repaired toes. I recently had big toe infusion, hammer toe correction of the 2nd digit, athroplasty of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th digit. The surgery went extremely well. Everyone working there is really sweet and attentive. Maddy and Michael are amazing PT. I really love that the spot is so well lit and they have a lot of resources for pain if you're experiencing things you're struggling with. I came in for neck and back pain and it has helped a lot! I even got some nice definition in my shoulders and arms haha
Conveniently located with easy parking; very clean; treatment available in private rooms or public areas; individualized treatment by the "masters", Kelly and her crew. You can be quiet or have great conversation coupled with smiles and laughter. But, most importantly, the knowledge of body mechanics and the treatment Imposed is the best of the best.
This is the 2nd HealthQuest location I have gone to. It's not a huge PT factory l. I love the intimate setting. The staff is friendly and thoughtful and they listen. Hope I don't have to, but definitely would come back.
I chose HealthQuest Physical Therapy over my usual PT clinic due to their availability. I was surprised to learn the business is owned by a physical therapy assistant (PTA) rather than a physical therapist, although a licensed PT is on staff.
